Great location, near beach and promenade. Enjoyed quiet and peaceful, staff friendly and helpful.

I had a lovely time. The staff are so welcoming, warm and very professional.

Room was a standard room, comes with a balcony. Hair dryer is included in the room. Hangers & shelves good storage & plug sockets side of the bed. I don’t have any food at the hotel.

When checking in the receptionist did not provide a warm welcome…pillows very uncomfortable. Buffet breakfast great, perfect location good pool size shower pressure fantastic balcony good size Freire in room very handy

This is a very pleasant hotel. Comfortable and convenient to the beach (200 yards). Its main problem is the awful WiFi in the room - and looking at the amount of people using the hotel's WiFi in the public area, it wasn't just my room.

SHOCKING SERVICE, DO NOT STAY! Our room was flooded on the first night due to the drainage, so I called reception and all they could say was someone will fix tomorrow. All our stuff was soaked which was very annoying. Following day they had said it'd been fixed, but the problem remained. They eventually agreed to change room but didn't even offer any compensation despite it being a downgrade. If not for the issue above, the stay would have been mediocre at best anyway, food was incredibly average, pool was cold, definitely learnt my lesson staying at a cheap hotel, you get what you pay for I guess.

Poor food quality and limited selection. Everything is charged as extra. They are like Ryanair in hotel industry. Big hotel but poor service

I loved this resort I would highly recommend this resort and the food was excellent The entertainment was great as an added extra I used the indoor pool and had absolutely no complaints Great location to everything !

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean. We were half board and found that there was a good selection of freshly prepared food for breakfast and dinner. Most of the other guests were German and there were no English language channels on the TV. Hotel was handy for bus stops to Palma and the airport and a short walk from the beach

Beautifull hotel with grate stuf and servises, rooms were very claan anf comfort... close to the beach amd price aceptable.

Really nice hotel. Walking in reception/lobby area feel luxurious. Staff was friendly, not so welcoming at reception when I came. However when I checked out was very friendly. Room is nice and comfortable, however wasn’t decorated like the picture, loved the bathroom. The Tv had no English Channels everything was in German. Breakfast was decent but could be in improved. Housekeeping is decent however could be improved a lot as they don’t speak English. Pool area is nice took some amazing photos. It’s very close to the beach and in a good area to go out to restaurants, clubs and shisha bars. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic! The only note was the fan a bit loudly, but I slept well. Great mattress and room incredibly clean and nice! Staff super friendly and kind and they let me to have a shower even after the checkout. Close to the beach and all the amenities. Great price for a great hotel. Thanks a lot!

Nice hotel .great location Nice pool ..good buffet for breakfast and dinner.friendly helpful staff ( specially at reception ), however rooms are a bit dated with no fridge and old fashion weak air condition.surprisingly there was no soap to wash hands in the bathroom and the shampoo and bath gels sachets were never replaced during our 3 days stay !

.good location .good pool ( but beware of ear infection don't go under the water too much ) .good buffet for dinner and breakfast .beds comfort could be better .general cleaning is very good .staff are polite .value is good for what you get . clients are mainly german and so is that whole part of playa de palma . hotel recommended .

The hotel itself was ok but the guests! 80% of the guests were young german boys and girls in groups( 17-20 years old) Not one night I could sleep through. They had parties in their rooms until 4 am. They were loud, slamming doors .. Etc. i wasnt even able to open my door to the balcony beacuse they were so loud. Wouldnt even dare to sit outside. I think there should be clear rules about this. It really ruined my holiday.

Located at playa del Parma about 15 min from Parma this hotel was excellent value for money, staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall we thought this hotel was great value for money. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The hotel was airy and spacious, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the food (breakfast) was very good. It is very clear that the Oleander caters to their main customer base, which is mainly German. This means, for example, that almost all tv stations in the rooms are in German and the evening entertainment was in German as well. This did not bother us, however, as we were only in Mallorca for a long weekend and did not spend much time in the hotel. The cleanliness and location are enough to bring us back!
