A hidden gem on a little side street within easy walking distance of excellent shopping and in a very desirable part of the city

Excellent location the only thing I didn't like is that you can hear the noise of the area since early in the morning

Stayed there 6 years ago and still the property looks brand new, staff is helpful ; very convenient for dining, entertainment, shopping. Always enjoyable 👍

Worst hotel experience ever! This should not even be called a hotel, rather a motel. Traveled as a group and reserved 4 rooms; 3 of the 4 rooms had roaches (took video to prove it to them). The 4th room was not even cleaned from the prior guests… they gave us the key to another room; when we got there and opened the room someone else was already staying there!! Horrible experience!!

Looks like the cleaning staff helped themselves to my luggage and stole my shoes. After I complained to the front desk, they completely blew me off. I highly encourage anyone staying here to lock there luggage or use the safe if possible. Thievery is rampant here. No one is taking responsibility here. You have been warned.

A good location. I was double charged for the room, even after prepaying before arrival. If you don't speak Spanish, communication is a problem because on one hotel desk clerk speaks English and he worked the late night shift.
