Nice room and location

Excellent location. Very kind staff. Room clean and a very comfortable bed. Nice dinner menu. A cute duck in the bathroom to bring along as a souvenier😊

Everything was wonderful. Charming, cozy, and classy hotel snugly located in central Maastricht. Hope to return one day!

This was not my first stay at the Derlon but it is my first review. The Derlon is by far my favorite stay in NL. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is an easy walk from the train station and all about the town. The breakfast area is basically a private archeological viewing of when the city was built. Highly recommend.

Comfortable hotel in amazing location!

We have stayed here several times in the past. Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. I was told 2 years ago they were in progress of updating the rooms not no sign of it?

The Derlon Hotel was not only beautiful but in the heart of Maastricht. Staff is amazing, location is in the center of shopping, dining and a beautiful square to sit and have food/drinks. Would highly recommend!

Spacious rooms with comfortable king-size bed. Very welcoming to bikers. Nice open air terrace in front of hotel. Walking distance to everything!

Location is perfect, and because new lockdown restrictions were imposed just before our stay, we were spared the usual street noise from tourists and diners on the square outside our window. But that also, meant that we could not enjoy the restaurant or lounges in the facility. (Pilots and crew with Fedex had their own lounge area though). Breakfast was picked up in a paper bag and room service had a limited menu. The staff made us feel welcome by offering an extra kettle and tea, however, in such a situation where occupancy is likely low, one wonders why not go the extra mile and offer an upgrade so we will rave and likely come back? The bed was fine but the bathroom could use an update -- dirty tile grout and chipped tub). Water pressure not great.

We really had a fabulous stay at Derlon. Staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Food, wine and service excellent. Beds very comfy and room well stocked with necessities. Hotel location excellent.

Hotel has a great location. Close to parking and right in the centre of town. Room was comfortable and clean. Great buffet breakfast.

Great location and great staff. The room was spacious and fitted with an air conditioner, which gave an odd sound on a regular basis. The staff was informed and planned to take care of it. The room was very modern and comfortable.
