Rooms were comfortable. Location is great for a short walk to the train station. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub since it closes early. Breakfast was delicious!

Very good location, nice staff and spacious room, comfortable bed. No air conditioning, so very sticky, with windows open, very noisy. Room could use a paint refresh, bathroom is VERY compact but adequate. Spa had some tech issues, so we didn’t use it but looked nice in pics Breakfast had everything you could desire, a little cramped in the buffet area but staff were excellent about re-stocking and taking away dirty dishes

Large rooms that show some age but were very clean and quite comfortable. Location was quiet with restaurant options within walking distance. Area around the hotel was very pleasant, safe, and quiet. Service was good. Sauna facilities were very nice.

Quaint hotel with spacious rooms and an awesome spa!

Spent a week there. Wifi was down all week, which was terrible for me who had planned to work online in evenings - this brings down my rating a lot. It is an old building - I did see 2 silverfishes in my room (one in shower and one in bedroom, both on the floor) - a good idea to hold your luggage in such a manner you dont bring them with you home. Otherwise very good - friendly serviceminded staff, interesting property nicely furnitured in old style, very good breakfast, nice free afternoon coffe/tea, central location but still calm and quiet.

While the hotel has a great location and lovely breakfast, the check-in experience unfortunately left room for much improvement. Me and my partner were met by a young man in the reception with a bad attitude. I asked when arriving if they had better rooms available and he said yes, I then asked to be upgraded as this is part of the hotel program I'm part of, and free upgrades when larger rooms are available are one of the perks. He said he couldn't find any information about that and that I had to speak with his manager the next morning. I showed him the booking website with the info about upgrades and he now said there weren't any bigger rooms available and that I again had to speak with his manager in the morning. He wasn't apologetic about the situation or tried finding a solution but rather very defensive and unfriendly. We were given a regular room and it turned out someone already was staying in that room, and when returning to reception to inform him, he first didn't believe us but when he went to check, he realised he had given us an already occupied room by someone else. After checking his system, he magically found a bigger room available for us which we could stay in (something that he had previously claimed was sold out). To summarise, check-in was terrible but the rest of the stay was very nice and the people in the reception the following morning were lovely and very friendly and service-minded.

Absolutely perfect little hotel. Very unusual ( in a good way ) feels like the right kind of place for this wonderful little town. Staff is wonderful , breakfast almost unrivaled. Feels like one of the wonderfully old school bed and breakfast places you probably read about. Cheers !

The hotel location is great and the staff is also good. The only downside is that they don’t have a restaurant or kitchen

Serviceminded personal. Underbart att ha fri tillgång till spaet, för en fast summa, under hela helgen när det var oväder.

Slitet hotell. Spat inte värt att kalla spa, möjlitvis relax.

Hyggelig hotell med personlighet. Sentral beliggenhet og enkelt å parkere i nærheten.

Härligt hotell med gamla anor. Deluxe rummet var stort och fint, dock är rummen i behov av renovering. Härlig spa avdelning med varma och kalla bad. Dock blev jag något förvånad över att tillgång till spa inte ingick när man bor på hotellet. God frukost med allt vad man kan önska.
