The room was very spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job tidying the room and providing clean towels every day. Breakfast was very good, with fresh ingredients and a good variety. The staff was very pleasant.

A hotel which does not have room service. They should mention it on the hotel web page with so many other things mentioned. Staff is courteous and helpful. A restaurent which only serves breakfast and dinner is closed way early. So ig anyone coming in late.. eat and come or get your own food. A good location and clean though. Oh , the parking is a bit of a struggle - the connecting door to the parking building is not fixed for a long time , which is a disclaimer given at the time of the checkin.

Great hotel, and great location

The stay at the park in was ok. The curtains in the room were insufficient. With daylight at 4am, the whole room was lit up and made it hard to sleep. I was going to bring up this issue at check out, but was not even asked how my stay was. See attached photos at 4am.

Convenient for Union Street, excellent stay

Very comfortable stay! Great location and easy check in and check out. We ate the breakfast because it was included in our stay, but it was only okay, not great. Otherwise I wouldn't have paid extra for cold eggs and beans.

Had issue with room allocation initially at check-in but resolved.

Only issue was the hairdryer very weak, took forever to dry my hair. No other issues staff very nice.

Bathroom was dire - took half an hour to run the bathwater. Water not hot enough

Clean room, comfy clean beds but the window whistled all night with the wind up on top floor and then the cladding started too.

Lovely clean room Staff very helpful

The person at reception was welcoming and helpful - arranged a taxi to our restaurant and recommended places for brunch when asked. We really enjoyed our stay.
