The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly

One of the nicer, and pricier, hotels in the area. Is close to many restaurants including a Pizza Hut across the street, convenient after driving all day and checking in late. Breakfast was good with good options. Convenient location close to Joshua Tree NP.

Overall a good hotel with easy driving distance for anyone visiting Joshua Tree. I only have four stars because I was hoping to use the business center computers, but none of them worked.

The rooms are spacious with a decent bathroom. The beds are comfortable. But the soundproofing is very poor. We had noisy neighbors and could not sleep. We could even make out their conversations. In addition, half the rooms face the highway 62 and it's also very noisy. Breakfast was sub par as well. Very few options, barely any fruits and no vegetables. Coffee was terrible The room was very expensive for a mediocre product.

Check in was very quick and easy. It is very close to Joshua Tree national park which we were there to visit. If you do go to Joshua Tree go to the visitors center in Twenty Nine palms rather than the Joshua tree one it is just down the road from this hotel. There are some great restaurants just down the road from here. The breakfast was fresh and had some great simple options. Overall a nice stay here.

Was very convenient location wise to Joshua Tree.Clean rooms.

The only issue we has was that our room was not cleaned during our stay. And i had to ask for fresh towels and washcloths on 3rd day. I understand water conservation with towels but not washcloth. That should be given daily. Or at least enough for your stay.

Great place to stay that is very close to the Joshua tree national park entrance. Also has good food options within drivable distance

Stayed for 3 nights, bed was great and the air worked. My complaint is that the shower wouldn’t drain, nothing was in there that would prevent it, so we had to use our towels after to soak up most the water. Breakfast was great.
