Everyone was incredibly helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The room was small and there was no shelving or drawers to unpack a suitcase. The one chair was situated in the closet which we had to move to open the suitcase rack. All that said, the location was great with choices of patisseries, restaurants and shopping for necessities. A metro stop was just outside the door.The staff were friendly and helpful. Next time I would book a larger room.

Average hotel and rooms a bit dated. Sustainability is mentioned in terms of giving you a refillable water bottle but then the room doesn't come with mugs and guests must drink a cup of tea out of a tiny disposable cup. Curtain is coming off the rail. Our room was an unusual layout being wheelchair accessible. Lobby is not welcoming at all.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The rooms at the Mercure hotels are becoming very basic and not very welcoming. No pictures, very white and lacking in a feeling of comfort. Too much like Ikea; very minimalist. Not my look!

Friendly staff and great location for the 11th, also right next to the Metro. Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. We extended our stay and would stay here again.

Hôtel was in a great area with so much to do and we were able to get there on foot. The hotel room was spacious and clean and the staff were so pleasant and willing to help in every way.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. We booked the prestige room and it was spacious enough for a one week stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. Nice, safe neighborhood. Steps from the Voltaire metro station. We'll definitely want to stay there again

I rates this property low due to the photos online the representation of the rooms is different than in person. The shower wouldn’t hold the water in so the bathroom floors got soaking wet, took a bunch of towels to clean up which we had to go get ourselves. The bed is not comfortable, it’s like 1 spring the entire thing moves whenever someone moves. The pillows are awful, and the noise travels quite easily. The transportation from this location is extremely good, easy to get into town, but we booked here because of the rooms and we were excited and were let down, I wish I booked closer to town instead of going off the photos

Great location directly next to Voltaire metro stop and a short walk to Bastille. Nice location, residential area with less tourists and better restaurants. Reasonable price for Paris with good sized room. Would stay there again.

We stayed for 3 nights at the start of August 2023, room on the 4th floor, very comfy beds and pillows, very clean, fridge and our air con worked well. A good modern safe, bathroom was clean, modern and a powerful shower head. Nuxe toiletries. We didn't have breakfast here, the metro station Voltaire is right outside of the hotel, I think it's in a good location, very friendly hotel staff, nice receptionists. For 3 nights we paid €17 city tax for 2 people. The room isn't even that small! The 'double' bed was 2 singles pushed together, however this didn't bother us. I would definitely stay here next time we come to Paris!!!

The staff was a bit aloof, not all. The room was great, amazing views, updated bathroom, nice amenities. The breakfast was fabulous. There's a metro stop outside the front door.

Small. Reasonably good value though. Accor standards and cleanliness were good.

I think the small problems should be worked out as possible. I had not an adaptator to connect my cellphone and I had to buy one while in many hotels they provide it. And I don't know if it was cause I payed for economic room but there were no amenities

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Mercure Bastille. It is very well located (close to restaurants, stores, subway stations). The rooms are comfortable. Most importantly, the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.
