It all worked well together, made the stay effortless.

Everything was fine. But the curtains were sheer. fix that and everything was great.

Place was a bit average. There was no sheet under the blanket which was a bit gross. Had to remake the bed with top shee below the blanket. There was only liquid soap toiletries. Some shampoo would have been appreciated. Turning up to 6 armed coppers outside the units arresting someone was not a good first impression.

There were no problems, everything worked well. The gentleman on the counter did a great job.

Beyond Disappointed!!! 1/5 star purely for the friendly staff. The rest is very deceiving from the photos. Someone’s pubic hair was in the shower, cupboards were broken, tv antenna broken even after trying to retune it, the room was very outdated. Very disappointed, will never return!

The room was disgusting.. the smell coming from the bathroom drain/ carpet was unbearable! Also the aircon was so muldy and stinky, vents were so blocked aircon struggled to cool the room and made the worst rattle sound constantly (good luck sleeping). The room is in major need of repairs.. holes in walls,unpainted patches on walls,loose bathroom taps, leaking toilet.. the queen Ben was 2 completely different single beds pushed together with different heights and firmness.. worst hotel experience will not be back nor would I recommend it..

Clean spacious room. Had everything we needed. Very handy to everything and breakfasts were good and appreciated.

Even the House keeping was included in the accomodation they said that it is not included. Some one open the door without permission. Also the shower gel was not been provided and I bought my own one.

I was very late checking in had to use the lockbox. My room was nice but there was a smell that was coming from the drain. Also there was a blanket on the bed that was not clean, it should have been double sheeted.

Had a great stay here! Check-in was smooth and quick. The hotel is in a great location, close to Westfield, restaurants and other amenities, so getting around was easy. The room was clean and well maintained and the staff were genuinely friendly. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place.
