The room is clean and important. Glad to use the pool before the deadline. Because at the time of booking, the hotel has informed that the swimming pool has been renovated. The swimming pool is clean, clear water, much more beautiful than in the form of a delicious breakfast. Importantly, the hotel is located in the area of walking to Sunday Walking Street. The staff at the hotel are all good. Especially the uncle (sorry, don't know your name). The pizza of the hotel is really delicious. Only 89 baht per tray. Enjoy eating.

The hotel is in the heart of Chiang Mai Old Town, very convenient for sightseeing, shopping or walking. Rooms are spacious, clean, staff are very friendly and willing to help if needed. The swimming pool is small, the breakfast is the same for the 3 nights we stay here but we are very pleased to stay here

Unsatisfying in most of everything. It is totally not as you see in the picture. It is way too far from the realistic. The bed is too uncomfortable. The room is very old and not clean. The bathroom has too much water problem. Water stop while taking shower. the toilet can not flush well. It takes more than 5 times to complete the flush and needs to wait at least 3-5 mins to flush at each time. Staff is very nice but the hotel itself needs to renovate. Too old and Too uncomfortable to charge this price. Location is good to walk around. It takes about 15 mins to walk to the main area such as night walking market. For the room I got, I think the hotel should not charge over than 150 baht a night. Way too expensive for unwell-taken care of the property
