The room was not matching the picture . need some of renovation look too old , we lost power couple time and hotel does not have own generator i had to use my Cellphone flashlight and taking cold water shower

Non management staff are excellent at their roles. Hotel has a great private beach, but this was hired out privately for 2 days out of our 4 night stay. No notification of this and unable to use the beach or facilities on it. Also 2 pools under renovation, again not notified of this. Management have little regard for customer service and attempt to fob off complaints, also not supportive of the junior staff. Large rooms. Restaurant food was good as was breakfast. Health club is dated, but staff great and very helpful. Pity our stay was disrupted with the private rental of half the outdoor facilities and beach to a company.

We had a delightful stay with impeccable customer service, beautiful room and incredible view of the waterfront and Kuwait City in the distance. I hope we visit again soon!

Staff are friendly and very helpful. I like the location of this hotel which is directly on the beach and walking distance to the mall.

Nice beach

The staff really made our stay a delight. We picked this hotel for our honeymoon initially for the location and private beach but found it to exceed our expectations across the board. Wonderful memories made in a wonderful country.

The hotel and views are absolutely stunning! But the professionalism of the staff and service is pristine. From the doorman to the receptionist to the food servers. Everyone always had a smile on their faces treat everyone with kindness! A true gem of a place. Will definitely book again next time i come to kuwait!
