The hotel furniture and overall appearance is somewhat tired. It is in process of renovation but that was not communicated when we made our booking. Noisy airconditioner in room. Room wasn’t made up on day before our checkout. Overall this hotel is not up to par with Hampton Inns elsewhere in North America!

Place was going through renovations so am not sure if that is why room furniture (other than the bed) were uncomfortable and sub-standard. Toilet lid was loose and noticed mold forming in the shower corners. King size room was roomy but not useful if a person wanted to work - no desk, office chair, desk lamp, or plug in for a laptop. Handy location. I'm sure once the renos are complete the standard will be top notch.

Enjoyed another stay here. Although renovations are under way all common areas are spotless. Staff excellent as always. Pool and hot tub really necessary and clean. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable.

Pool was great - not freezing. Space was clean and even though some renovations were happening it didn’t infringe on our stay

Breakfast menu was good. Property could use some upgrades, cracked tiles in bathroom, noisy A/C, kids running above room til 11pm. Not bad just needs some TLC.

They should have more discount for tge renovating place, it so loud..

Great stay. Breakfast I didn't like, food was not warm. Pool was good but hot tub needed cleaning.

Ongoing renovations prevent me from giving 5 star to cleanliness. But it wasn't a serious problem to enjoying the facility.

They was ongoing work at the hotel for updating but everything was kept nice and clean. Excellent breakfast selection and very tasty. Would stay again no problem. Our room was also nice and clean

It was nice that I was able to text the front desk to ask questions. Nice newly renovated rooms too.

Breakfast was the best so many options. Booked a king size bed and when arrived told going through renovations

The room was awesome. Carpets, furniture, drapes. Everything had been replaced. Always were all recaprpeted . It's lovely.

Our room was clean, in excellent condition, and we loved the hot buffet. The location is wonderful, with perfect access to downtown via walking. We enjoy the free covered parking, too.
