It couldn't be better!

It’s a great hotel and I love the staff. The Frontdesk staff very friendly they responsible. And I really like this hotel. You can walk to a couple of shopping malls and there is a casino you can walk to which is inside the mall and is next to a police station so very protected and very safe.

Close to airport with airport pickup , breakfast was ok , but staff was very pleasant and helpful. hotel was also clean. i would definately stay again.

My experience was excellent. The staff, locations, and food all deserve high ratings. I won't look for another place for my next visit to the capital.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and everything the hotel had to offer. The only downside was the bathroom amenities. The Tierra Viva products had a strong herbal scent that wasn’t pleasant for us. We were expecting a lighter, fruity fragrance, but instead they smelled almost like cilantro. While this comes down to personal preference, we felt it detracted slightly from an otherwise excellent experience.

Great hotel with really good staff

The staff was amazing, and helpful. The restaurant has amazing food, they had a breakfast buffet with multiple options to pick from. dinner if you wanted to eat in also has a bar with live music if you wanted to just socialize, the Spa is a must my husband and myself did a Hydro massage the facial and full body massage. With stones. This Hotel is A 10 out of 10. How everyone enjoys there stay as much as we did. Thank you 💕

I always come to this hotel when I visit Bogota because the staff always make me feel welcome. When they say "pet friendly", they are very very pet friendly. They give us two beds and two bowls for our two dogs. The cleaning staff even give us four bottles of water for me, my girlfriend, and our two dogs. The location is very safe because it's across the street from the police station. It's within walking distance to restaurants and shopping mall. The food is great, with lots of choices. I wish there's a bit more variety for the breakfast buffet, but it's definitely not bad. I think the only bad thing about the rooms is that there's no heat in the rooms, so you can only make it cold.
