Breakfast menu was fresh with lots of variety. I was not very impressed with the fact that most people at the reception did not speak English. Expected better standard from such a premium hotel.

Room was comfortable, hotel is older but nicely maintained. Pool was great - good size. Breakfast very good. No coffee or kettle in room. Hotel staff spoke some English.

Everything was good except my check out experience. The clerk was extremely slow and made mistakes. I was not given a full detailed invoice showing all the charges of the hotel.

We stayed in the Devile arriving and departing from a trip to The Pantanal. It is lovely in all respects; clean, cheerful service, good beds.
