The Hotel Heemskerk is one of the most exquisite places to stay in. The relaxation and ambience of the hotel allowed me to have an enjoyable stay.

We do not plan to return to this establishment. The continuous flow of tour buses arriving at all hours, including late at night, led to guests trying to enter our room at 1 am and running up and down the halls. The breakfast, available at an additional cost, was not available due to the tour bus group consuming all the food. The cleaning staff appeared disinterested in cleaning our room or providing clean towels. Any requests seemed to be a nuisance to them. We placed the sign to clean our room on the door in the mornings, only to return and find it unattended. There are several better options for accommodations in the area. The rooms are small, with non-functional outlets in the bathroom and no storage space for toiletries in the shower, requiring us to place them on the shower floor. Additionally, the bathroom lacked ventilation, causing our room to become a steam room after showering. The beds are extremely uncomfortable as well. Our room was also excessively hot, despite the heat being turned off and the outside temperature being cool. Staying here during the summer is unthinkable, especially considering the lack of air conditioning.

At first did not like it, the location was too far from Amsterdam but that was my fault, thought I ordered king size bed instead got a single but it was nice overall, good breakfast and food bar, quiet, clean and good staff, they catered to my needs. Yeah it was a nice little trip

Location is lovely, out of the way and quiet. Not terribly far from train stop. Breakfast is a really good value. Carpets are old and the worst aspect of hotel but they are renovating rooms so i believe they are in process remedying this fault.

It was decent accommodations. The receptionist was great. Checked in late and left early. Overall good.

I stayed in a suite on the ground floor. It was quite spacious and looked recently refurbished. The room had a kettle and Nespresso machine. There wasn't any fridge The room also lacks air conditioning. The bedside table is on the small side and there are no additional power plugs next to the bed to charge your phone. The bathroom is a good size, but the shower stall was on the small side. No shampoo was provided, so you need to bring your own. For some unknown reason there were balloons on the floor, which may be nice for kids, but seemed a little strange to me.

Comfortable 2 night stay in Hotel Marquette . Arrived late on a Sunday night and reception desk was very pleasant Room was good size breakfast was good with fresh selection..

The stay was good but the room quite simple. Great bathroom though. The breakfast was simple but good. They did'nt clean the tables though which made that I had to clean it myself en get my own cutlery from another table eventually.

The property was undergoing some renovations (breakfast room), but was otherwise fine. There was limited space for the number of cars in the parking lot and it was difficult to find a spot to park.

Great place, quiet, very accessible via public transport.
