Wonderful room , spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable bed .

The room was lovely but the food and drink in the restaurant was horrendous, I have never in my life paid so much for a 2 inch by 4 inch piece of cod and then to get charged for a pint of larger that was in a half pint glass , only 3/4 full and then a 2 inch head , total rip off and will never return

Everything about the hotel was great.

Spa and pool closed but we were only informed a few days before we travelled. Reception staff cared very little re our disappointment (one of main reasons we booked it) and offered us a room with a terrace (in winter so of no use) as compensation. Asked to be refunded so we can find another hotel but they would not allow this. Terrible experience in customer service. Rooms were actually very nice hence not giving 1*.

Loved this hotel. We were there for the Running of the Bulls...its an easy walk to/from Pamplona town centre (as taxis were tought to get at the end of the evening). Staff were great, room was fantastic - quiet, good blackout blinds, good shower etc; breakfast was excellent. We only stayed one night but welould definitely stay at this hotel again..

Our room was large and comfortable with a big outdoor terrace. The hotel’s setting is peaceful with quick access to walking and bicycling pathways. The hotel has storage options for bicycles. Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Alguien tiene que cambiar la descripción de este hotel en el website de Hotels.com, porque es engañosa y no está apegada a la realidad. En primer lugar, este hotel queda a 30 minutos a pie de la Plaza de Toros, el sitio web dice que está a solo 11 minutos, mentira!!! Segundo, el sitio web dice que este hotel tiene alberca (piscina), y sí que la tiene, pero hay que pagar $24 euros por persona para tener acceso a ella. No se trata de una alberca recreativa sino de una tina de hidromasaje. Segunda mentira!!! En tercer lugar, se dice ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero debido a la falta de limpieza y a la condición de algunos muebles y paredes dentro de la habitación, yo solo le daría 1 sola estrella.

Absolutely gorgeous modern hotel. Massive luxurious rooms with superb large bed. Lovely rural view with the cathedral. Delightful staff and excellent restaurant. Loved the tapas bar menu and local buffet breakfast. Close enough to walk into the city along an easy path. Best stay in Pamplona!!

Clean, nicely decorated ,staff were friendly and very helpfull, is a little bit out from the old town 30 min walk but we had our own car so didn’t try breakfast was also delicious

Hotel slightly out of the centre which made it easier to get to buy car. Parking easy and free. Had room upgraded to a suite which was fabulous and free bottle of bubbly was a lovely bonus!
