Only issue we had was the AC in one of the two rooms we booked was not cooling down the room enough. Otherwise, we had a great experience. We really enjoyed the breakfast too.

The family room was very small, but adequate. Clean and quiet for a quick overnight stay. Front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly AT ALL. There are probably better options in the area.

We stayed here as a base for our visit to the beaches in Normandy. We parked at the hotel but the spaces are limited. Good restaurants near by which were walkable. Pizza restaurant next door was excellent. The room we had was on the top floor and were told at check in the elevator did not go to that floor. The desk person took are bags up the last floor. We are an older couple so I do not know if he just it because of age or it was standard. If you have a lot of luggage or need assistance you should write to them.

Parking is VERY limited, made a reservation for a night and upon arriving was told that we’re full after explaining repeatedly that I had a reservation they moved an employee’s vehicle giving me a spot.

Great location to train station and car rental. We'll stay again on our return visit to Caen.

Average breakfast with hot food cold. Staff would not serve a beer after midnight.and never informed us the bar would be closing. We ask for a beer at 00.02 and was refused.The room was small but clean.

Parking is very limited however there is ample street parking which is free from 19:00 to 09:30. Nice breakfast with a good variety of choices.

Nice location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast-there really is no lunch or dinner and parking is an issue (small area).

Clean well equipped smaller room but at the price point very good value. Staff was excellent and patient with my horrible language skills. I was on a lower floor and there was a bit of street noise but not late. Overall I was impressed with the value and the staff.

The staff was the best! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the lounge/kitchen/dining were excellent!

Very convenient hotel, in walking distance to the train station. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. There tram was also close and near a shopping area. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
