The staff were very helpful with requests, they were very polite and friendly when saying hello and goodbye and good morning. The room was very spacious and very clean we was very happy with it. The breakfast in the morning offered a very good variety of options.

We had an excellent stay at the City Hotel. We chose it because it is so close to the train station - about a 10 minute walk from the main city centre. But the room and staff exceeded our expectations. The breakfast as particularly wonderful - catering to all tastes and diets. It was every thing and more than we could have hoped for.

The hotel is conveniently located 2 minutes walk from central train station and local tram/buses makes it easier to explore the city. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The room was spacious and breakfast is in a small area with good breakfast spread.

The hotel’s location was excellent for the train station and a short walk to old town. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We would stay there again. The breakfast was excellent.

Hotel was nice and staff were helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel entrance is sometimes locked so you need to ring the bell for reception to let you inm which wasn't an issue for me. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which was perfectly adequate for my stay. The breakfast had a decent selection of items and I liked that they made an effort to source products locally from Luxembourg. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station which makes it convenient if arriving by train. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and places to eat within a short walk of the hotel and it is about 20 min walk to the centre. Overall, I enjoyed my stay would stay in the hotel again if in the area.

A gem of a hotel right in the heart of the city. Given it is a literal stone’s throw from the central station you might expect the city noise to leech into the rooms but, remarkably, it doesn’t which allows you to be right in the middle of the action without loosing a wink of sleep. The included continental breakfast was also above expectations. In addition to the expected pastries, fruits and bread the hotel also offered cooked eggs, bacon and sausages with freshly squeezed orange juice as the cherry on top. If we were to return the only things we would do differently would be to a) stay longer and b) stick to the standard room. We upgraded to the junior suite this time but didn’t end up making much use of the lounge area.

brilliantly located hotel, right in the centre, and excellent staff. the room was exactly what we wanted; 3 beds for our weekend stay. room was clean, had everything we needed (including a bonus fridge which we didn’t realise we would have!), and was close to everything we wanted to see/do. would highly recommend!

Easy to find, very helpful staff with a great sense of humour on top of it, wonderful rooms, very comfortable beds, all what one may need was there. Nothing to pick on really. I am also gluten free and they had everything ready for me at breakfast time.
