Nice stay. Good rooms. Staff could be a bit more friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Apart from them forgetting to pick us up on the FREE hotel bus shuttle back and forth from the hotel and Porta Nuova, (but they did come quickly when I called them) and the safe in the room did not work as it required a new battery......I have nothing but pretty much EXCELLENCE to say on this hotel. When I walked into my room, I thought I must be it's first guest as it was so pristine and beautifully prepared with everything seeming so new. Thank you, and I commend the hotel for this. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate, and with a good choice. The staff I encountered were extremely polite and helpful. Car parking was free and protected. Some of the outside areas required attention, hence only my 'good' comment, it appeared a little chaotic and unkept in places, but this is a small point.....it must be difficult to maintain such a building with various stairways, corridors and levels appearing to lead all over the place? Children must find it quite an adventure! Thank you for a first class stay. RG.

Clean room. Staff didn't know English or Spanish. We didn't use the bar. Air conditioning did not work.

Great hotel very clean and nice the stuff was very helpful and respectful. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent room

We liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue we had is the noise from the parking and early morning work from the staff. So if you are staying towards room 438, please expect it. Other than this, the hotel is outside Assisi, which is great.

Great if you have a car. Easy drive to Assisi. Good breakfast and large rooms and facilities. Indoor pool. Really comfortable. Easy drive to historic Assisi, there are 2 large parking lots with great access. Larger than hotels close

The outside space was not cleaned regularly. The room was clean.

Breakfast buffet food was cold in a soulless room. Staff more interested in laying up for lunches. Woken 5am by rubbish collection outside our window. Spa want to charge you for towels so you have to take from your room. Disappointing hotel in a great location. Seem more geared to large groups

large property and dining is noisy when tourist bus arrives. Food excellent. would love to stay again
