This is a tremendous hotel particularly for in transit passengers at the Lyon airport

Stay was good. Across the street from the airport terminal. Rooms were ok.

Wow and wow! The property and staff is 5 star quality. The morning breakfast was beyond our expectations with a wide selection of food choices. This is a place you want to stay at just for the luxurious feel.

Great option for an overnight at LYS. Very nice and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms and well placed for an early train or flight out.

Looks beautiful but actually the sinks in both rooms were clogged with dirt and hair and there was food under our beds. Staff told us no family option was available when we went to book at reception, so we looked online and booked a family room!!! Embarrassing for staff when we went back to reception to check in. Room also wasn’t ready. Son went to use the gym and equipment was broken. Could be a fabulous place but just didn’t meet the mark.

Warm and personable check in. Very courteous and professional staff. Excellent room. As a single traveller, dining room option was very positive. Thank you.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years now, sometimes several times a year. It’s a good hotel. Certainly close to the Lyon Airport. The only things I don’t like are the food in the restaurant, and the prices of the food and drinks. The food is just awful. When I’m hungry, I usually walk across the street to Terminal 1 and get a hotdog from Albert’s, or something from the refrigerator at the Monoprix. The food in the hotel restaurant is just not worth the money they’re charging. Generally, there’s something on the $40+ buffet that I can eat, but not worth the $$. The staff is OUTSTANDING!

Pros: Right across the street from terminal 1. Excellent staff. We were able to check in at noon, even though their check-in technically isn't until 3 PM. Although expensive, the buffet options for dinner and breakfast were very good. The breakfast was probably one of the best buffets I've ever had. Cons - Bed was very firm and the windows in the room did not open. Even though the air conditioning was adequate, I love the ability to breathe in fresh air when I'm spending time in my room.

They gave us two keys. One never worked. No big deal. However they got us a foldable bed that was completely defective. I had to repair it myself to prevent my kid to fall from it. Whoever installed it could not have overlooked that it was unusable.

Beautiful hotel just steps from the terminal. Close to train station and buses. Very quiet. Dinner was excellent. Buffet breakfast was great!

This is a really great hotel a short walking distance from the airport. A nice final evening before flying home.

I asked if I could have a room with a bathtub when I checked in. You might think that a simple request. I was told my room had been already assigned. From the activity I could tell there were probably many other rooms available. Very bad customer service!

Fabulous hotel right at the terminal door. Great for lay-over or trip planning.

Check in was terrible. Only one person on duty despite there being a queue of people. Was told at the desk that I had left on my previous visit without paying a restaurant bill. That however was inaccurate, I had checked out on my previous visit and told everything was in order. I therefore assumed that my meal had been debited from the card I had offered as a deposit. As this was in the early hours of the morning and there was a queue of people waiting to check in I left it till the morning when I had an early departure. However as punishment for what the hotel saw as my transgression I was given a room on the top floor right beside the lift. It was like trying to sleep in a box that is subject to constant scraping and thumping. Needless to say I got no sleep even with earplugs in. I complained when I checked out both about the accusation of leaving without paying my restaurant bill and the horror that had been my room. The desk staff said they would deal with the matter by email. I received nothing from them except a copy of my bill.

Lee at the front desk was wonderful to deal with. We found the female staff at the restaurant did not have a welcoming attitude (rather snooty) so we choose not to eat there. Too bad! The property & junior suite we booked we’re lovely. Thank you.

Room was fine and very near terminal. Booked for final night in France to avoid travel hiccups. It is easy to miss where you can have the car pull in for reservation. We had no towels, first time they brought one to share, eventually we got the full complement. Bottom line: super convenient but check bathroom supplies before you call it a night.
