Airport shuttle was very punctual both ways. Staff very professional and friendly. Only one person checking guests in Wednesday 15th Oct so small delay but not a major problem.

They claim to offer 24 hour shuttle service from the airport but that was not my experience cause when I called at 3am looking for them to send the shuttle for pick up so I could check in I was told to call a Uber. Also upon check out I requested the shuttle to the airport and once I was in the shuttle (which was some guys SUV with the hotel name on it) I was asked how I was going to pay. I told the driver I was unaware that I had to pay as I was under the impression that the hotel offered free shuttle service which turned out to not be the case. The driver then tried to overcharge me so I got out and took a uber back to the airport. Before pulling off in the Uber the concierge lady who had called the shuttle for me asked me what the problem was and I explained to her only for her to say well it says it on our website there is a fee I told her I didn’t book through the website but through Expedia and that they should specify that there is a charge for the shuttle service. Other then the shuttle issues the hotel wasn’t a bad stay.

We booked a night but only needed the room for a short layover — about 5 hours — to shower and take a quick nap. It was exactly what we needed! The room was large, spotless, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the free shuttle made everything super convenient. Perfect option for a quick stay near the airport.

Great stay

We were attending a function and needed to stay over - this hotel was perfect for this. The room we got was huge and modern with everything one needs. It is also perfectly located for a city breakaway if you want to go to the casino or just enjoy the complex.

Great place for a short stay near the airport. It is also close to the casino with a wide range of restaurants and nightclubs. The breakfast was exceptional with many choices.

We were lost disappointed with the slow service, and low amenities, as well as the unenthusiastic attitude of the staff.

Great stay and great location.

The stay was ok for one night. The privacy of a curtain separating the toilet area was annoying. I paid for breakfast but when we arrived for breakfast the que was so long we decided to leave because we ran out of time with no refund.

My prepaid room was given away and i was eventually given a room with no hot water. Electricity went out during stay too. My boxed breakfast for early morning tour was forgotten. Service was terrible. I stayed in 2 other hotels within 5 minutes for half price which were wayyyyy better.

Staff seemed to be grumpy and not very helpful. No soap in the room and when we asked they said they would bring some up and never did. Just felt like they didn’t care.

Hotel had no record of the Hotels.com reservation. Room was not the type I had reserved. Room was noisy and overlooked the runways.
