Loud due to right next to highway. Don’t bother with their “shuttle.” We used a taxi to get to the hotel and it was pricey. Their “shuttle” was about 250MX less. We confirmed around 6pm that all five of us would fit. They allegedly confirmed with the shuttle (I think really just a taxi service) that yes, we would fit. At 9:30 when I was asleep they called to tell me no, we’d have to take two cars (which of course would be more expensive) but while the heck is going to find me a taxi at that hour? They said they didn’t have the phone number for any taxi. What hotel doesn’t have the number of the taxi service available at the closest airport?

Great hotel with fresh towels, clean bathroom and comfortable bed-the only point I noticed is that pillows were a little wear down. Great service and good buffet-style breakfast

Beautiful hotel we had an excellent day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was excellent. One minor drawback was that water leaked out of the shower, which was a bit inconvenient. And the towels were very worn.

Very clean hotel, rooms are very nice. Staff and manager is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is about 15 mins away from shopping locations and restaurants.
