Big rooms but could use some updating. The hotel is immensely large. Breakfast was good but crowded. Hotel is on a busy street. The hire was crowded.

My stay at Riu Hotels & Resorts was truly exceptional. From arrival to departure, the staff delivered impeccable service. They were attentive, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. The complimentary breakfast buffet, served daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., featured an impressive selection and was consistently satisfying. The only drawback was the noticeable odor in the hallway carpets outside the rooms, which was quite unpleasant. Nonetheless, the overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return.

Breakfast was great and had a wide selection, including some Panamanian dishes. The dining area also has outdoor seating overlooking the pool. The pool area is nice, however you have to get there early if you need an umbrella.

Over all our stay was good. Staff was excellent along with the parking valet staff very attentive and willing to answer any question. Thank you

Beautiful hotel in business district and quite close ($25 transfer fare for 2 people) to cruise ship terminal. Large restaurant with many options for included breakfast. Beautiful pool area. Not overly conducive to walking around (in nature) as it is a busy area with a lot of traffic.

Breakfast was amazing. The central air in the room was always low. They need to allow the guests to decide the temperature in the rooms. It was always warm for me. It seemed the towels were always minimal and one had to ask constantly because staff would sometimes leave insufficient towels in the rooms. The hotel in general was great. Always entertaining enough.

It was my first time staying at rui hotel clean room every day , good break fast , only need to include Jamaican food at buffet , staff very friendly staying at riu was just lovely I will always book and stay there
