Large, clean room with a comfortable bed and good pillows. Impeccable cleanliness. Kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast! And Close to all tram stops

We had two rooms here and when we arrived after a late dinner around 11:30 pm no one was there. No reception resulted in a total loss and forced us to rent another hotel. Id like a full refund.

Air conditioning didn’t work, so it was necessary to obtain fan from front desk. No natural light; there was a metal grid over the window with tiny holes

The personal was amazing, they were very nice, but the building needs abit of love, few renovation need to be done

Whilst being in centre of St Etienne, the hotel was very quiet for Friday and Saturday nights. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Rooms are compact but for the few days we were there OK for us. Reception staff all very helpful

It was not was was advertised. It looked and felt like a prison cell. No air conditioning. The picture they use in advertising the hotel looks very pleasant and is not indicative of what it is insitue.

The people at reception were helpful. The hotel is right in the town center, a beautiful town square with lots of cafes and restaurants. The one thing that concerned me was no smoke alarms and the room did didn't lock and they only give you one key. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

The location is good, and the room is clean. But the Wi-Fi wasn't easy to connect, and you should pay attention to the opening time of the reception.

A 3-start hotel which gives what you expect: reasonably priced accommodations with the basics. Pro: - Excellent location - smack in the middle of the center of town. - Very nice breakfast - Kitchenette (which we did not use) Con: - 45 Euro charge for using the Kitchenette seems unreasonable

Excellent location for the price! The room and the bathroom were pretty big, environmentally conscious ( light sensor in a corridor, soap and shampoo are in dispensers). The room had a small kitchenette, which one must leave clean. The only issue was a noise on the street ( young people socializing) after midnight on one night, so the window couldn’t be kept open ( no AC). Only one out of 3 help desk employers spoke English, which is okay when there are no issues, but could be tricky when there are.

Lots of work need to be done regarding cleaning service, the floor of the room probably has never been cleaned since opening of the hotel

Very relaxing

This is a bare-bones apartment hotel that is affordable, relatively clean, and is well-situated in Saint Etienne and has the basics. Beds could be more comfortable and showers could be bigger, but overall, a good place for the price point. Check in and out went smoothly for us and we were able to store our bags. Only inconvenient thing is that the reception desk closes for a few hours during the day.

Quite comfortable and a good deal for the cost.

Rude staff. Front seat closed from 12:30-16:00. Never seen in my life for a hotel. Bathroom was dirty and shower curtain wasn't preventing water to get on the floor. Finally, I forgot my Lululemon white top on the bed and they said they "couldn't find it". Also they lied and said the original booking wasn't paid for so room was paid double.

Cheap and clean but very basic

I was checked in a little late, although I was there very early. The place was decent. I had no problems there.

Close to everything, clean and agreeable staff made this a pleasant stay. I'll be back. The bed though could be a lot better.

Clean and well soundproofed. Major issue was tge bed that was way too short. I had to sleep sideways with my feet sticking out. Shower curtain kind of icky too.
