Clean rooms and good amenities. Staff were nice and kind. Did not feel like great value for money compared to other hotels we visited in the region however.

Overall, very mediocre hotel. Was expecting more from the Hilton. Very dated, amenities are average …we ended up moving to a hotel that was half the price and was WAY more modern and worth the price. Unfortunately, the staff were extreamly rude, not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. We were charged twice for our booking (once when we booked and then it was taken off our deposit. Luckily, when we went to pay for parking, and spoke the staff we realized. We explained ed that we had already paid staff secured until we pulled up re I word / transactionsz the.

The staff was great. I bought a case of wines. They packed them for me to get them ready for check-in at the airlines. They also provide me with ice on my request. That rooms are spacious and new. Having said that, I thought there are some shortcomings to the design of the room. Little details like there were no towel racks near shower, and the main lights were only controlled by inserting/removing the card key near the door. I also miss having small face towels to wipe my face, and there was no American tv channels. I know we are not in the U.S., but it’s an American hotel, so it would have been nice to have CNN to come home to in the evening.

Good value for money. The breakfast buffet was good.

I requested Mountain view and it was delightful. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was as well, but the toilet was private, which was great but no room in there whatsoever. We did see one spider crawling in the curtains. Bed was comfy and our stay was cozy. We were right across the mall which was convenient but a little far from the city.

Un poco distante de las bodegas si ese es el objetivo del viaje, es mejor rentar un auto que moverse en taxi para ir a la zona de Maipú que es la que tiene la mayor cantidad de bodegas con tours, pero alojarse ahí es muy muy cómodo pues tiene todo cerca si necesitas algo cuenta con un centro comercial en frente muy completo. El servicio estupendo son muy amables. Mejoraría el restaurante a la carta, lenta la preparación y mejoraría la calidad de los ingredientes y presentación pero es una buena opción si no quieres salir a comer.

The hotel is amazing, I really like it. The breakfast is quite good and the rooms are clean and nice. The view id amazing since is one of the tollest buidings in Mendoza. Very good hotel for Business or Pleasure. Mendoza is a really nice city

Felt… unsafe outside the hotel in the neighborhood streets .. every house has bars or high locked fences…. Other than that , great shopping center and casino close by and hotel is great
