Noise from the trains passing by throughout the night is a real problem. Even with the windows closed it still wakes you up.

The room was old and badly damaged, including beds and bathrooms. The receptionist was rude and the room service was poor

as a business traveler, I will more than likely not stay here again. the AC didn't work, beds not comfortable, the shower would not drain, and breakfast was not to some of the standards that I'm a custom to in Italy. staff was lovely, area was fine, easy walk to downtown Pordenone.

At every hour could hear loud noises. From kids, from rooms. From the restaurant under the rooms taking the garbage.

Room was not good. Bed and pillows were Awful. Room had clearly not seen an upgrade in a long time. Bathroom has not seen an upgrade in even longer

I had been this place for 2 nights. Stayed on the 5th and 4th floors. Due to intensive bakery cooking smell in the morning, i had to ask change my room which they did immediately. Similar stuation is available on the 4th floor too. Elevetor also neeeds urgent maintennance. Those problems are reported to front desk.additionaly renovation is on going some part of the hotel. Rooms facing to rail road are too noisy due to speed train. And sooo on. I suggest to hotel manager start cleaning or replacing carpet in the elevator first which is in dirt and breakfast utensils were not cleaned very well. Cups on the rooms are partialy broken. Doors etc. Health amd safety and hygine issues. Typical moderate italian breakfast equal for the 2 star hotels.

Great place. Close to town centre. The only thing lacking is a bar. Staff great and professional!

There were lots of things advertised about this property that were not true. No fitness center No terrace No room service No restaurant bar/lounge

Only usually stay for 2 nights at a time but always friendly and comfortable. Great location for walking into Pordenone in the evenings.

The entire hotel staff was excellent and provided superb customer service and friendliness. Hotel is a short walk to the historic part of the city and the stay was very enjoyable. Thank you.

Located close to city centre, parks,transport.

Accoglienza 'accogliente'. Buona posizione dell'hotel. Ottima colazione. Un soggiorno piacevole e comodo.

Unser Doppelzimmer war Recht groß. Auch das Badezimmer war groß, allerdings ist die Dusche sehr eng. Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut. Verbesserung könnte es beim Frühstück geben. . Eierspeise war kalt, dann gab es noch Mortadella, Schinken und Käse. Ich hätte mir Prosciutto und mehr Gemüse gewünscht. Süßes in Form von Croissants und Kuchen war vorhanden. Pancakes könnte man frisch zubereiten. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Man ist in 10 min im Zentrum.
