Never saw any staff no one at the front. They never sent my check in information as promised. Not sure why I have to chase them down to receive check in instructions it should have been provided to me. The phone number is rarely answered, when they do they promise to send items to the room then they never show. Very frustrating and poor service. We knew there was no check in desk but they are very slow and lazy getting back to people. We liked the room but also they say it sleeps 6 and there’s no way it sleeps more than 4. The signage is horrible we couldn’t find the gym or the pool you’re forced to walk around the parkade in your bathing suit looking for the pool with no signs around. The floor is very slippery and unsafe!

The room was clean but needs a refresh as the colours were tired. The patio was disappointingly small and because it had a solid wood railing instead of glass there was literally no view unless you were standing. I wouldn't pay the extra room fee for a suite with a view next time. I would recommend that directions to the ice machine be posted somewhere in each suite, or near the elevators as it was difficult to find. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is great; you can walk to downtown and most shops/restaurants.

Elevator not working morning of our departure, had to cart my own gear down 5 flights of stairs to get out. Was not able to reach anyone from the hotel by phone. This really makes me concerned about their ability to keep us safe in an emergency. No one has reached out to us about the incident so far.

The boiler was out and we were without hot water for the full two days. In addition, the unit was less than clean and was missing lightbulbs in fixtures, TV controllers and the fireplace controller. Things were generally rundown. We’ve been there numerous times over the years and it’s hard to see the property in such disarray.

Pros: Easy remote check-in process, large condo, modern style, nice location, great underground parking, nice indoor pool/spa. Cons: Nobody on-site for troubleshooting. Had a wine fridge, but no corkscrew. Missing remote for fireplace (couldn't turn on). Would have been nice to have someone onsite to fix/help with such issues.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Suite and have nothing but good things to say about the rooms. The resort is getting older so they are going to have to invest some of the profits back in to the facilities soon, it is showing its age. The check in process was great as it is all done electronically, there is a staff at the front desk during business hours if you do need something. We were disappointed with the 10:00 am checkout. There is definitely a lack of luggage racks.

room clean but the communication with the hotel was frustrating and the phone number given had a full voicemail. There were very loud occupants across the hall and no one to contact to intervene. Parking was awful and we received a note on our car saying we were not allowed to park in the hotel even though we were staying there.

There were lots of things. The fridge was missing a handle so it was difficult to open. The blinds on the patio doors fell off when we tried to open them. There was very little toilet paper so we ended up having to buy our own. The wine fridge didnt work. The dishwasher wasnt even installed so we had to be careful loading it as it tipped out and the broken tab on the top cut my finger. Several burnt out or missing lights. All in all very run down and not maintained. Wouldnt stay here again.

For a 6 person condo they only have 1 parking pass And in order to get the parking pass you need to check into your room and they did not accommodate another parking pass so they ask you pay in the parkade The entire place is poorly marked and is a giant maze and there is no front desk to help you. And they did not reply to my messages but will call you asking for a credit card even though the self check in online didn’t let me add one The pillows are super thick and uncomfortable and the mattress is stiff and hard to sleep on. The room was 1000 degrees and said temperature was adjusted but nothing changed. Not worth the price
