Beautiful property that has everything you need and is centrally located

Property was ideal as it was a short 15min tram ride into the centre. Easy parking and if you didn't want to eat in the centre, then choice of places to eat within 10mins of the hotel. Breakfast selection was small but perfectly adequate.

A very modern apartment with a great bed, shower, fridge and sink in an old traditional house. It is at the corner of a small street and a tiny walking street, but your phone GPS will get you there no problem. Close to bus and ferry. Close to Diocletian’s Palace which is Split’s main attraction. We found a nice restaurant right around the corner, or there are many others. The owners are helpful in every way and will provide a drive to or from airport at a reasonable price.

Very handy to port and old town. We walked in from the main bus terminal and ended up going through a bit of a maze of back streets.

The perfect hosts and the perfect location. This family run hotel is such a gem. Located so close to the old own of Split its a great location to start exploring the beauty of the city. My room was clean, had all the amenities I needed and was just all around cosy. The owners will go out of their way to help as well and offer a transfer to and from the airport. Couldnt asked for anything better.

Marko was great and picked us up at the Agana Marina when we arrived and dropped us off at the airport when we departed for a very reasonable cost. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Looked just like the photos and is within easy walking distance to Diacletians Palace for sightseeing and restaurants. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

The absolute best 3 star accomodation ever. The room and facilities first class and Marko snd his father could not have been more helpful. The perfect distance from the Old Town, very quiet and very safe.

Clean and quiet place. Very walkable to city center. Host is kind and accommodating.

Spacious bedroom. Small fridge and kettle with tea and coffee provided. Most comfortable bed (mattress and pillow) I’ve had on my 8 weeks travelling through Europe. The lollies/sweets were a nice touch on arrival.

Super Clean, easy walk to city center, easy access to everything a tourist is liking for. And the owner father waited for us to show up in our vehicle and helped move our luggages into the apartment which is spacious, clean, well equipped.

Marko (owner), picked us up at the airport. He also explained how to get bus and boat tours. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to bus and boat harbor. This hotel is very nice for the location and price. Marko also took us back to a hotel near the airport. Great value for a low price. No breakfast, though.

Excellent place to stay in Split. Our room exceeded our expectations. Quiet and very close to the city center. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable accommodation.
