Location was amazing. I was originally worried that it would be noisy because it’s so central, but it was quiet. The staff were AMAZING! I chatted with Christian a lot which made me change up our itinerary a little bit and it was definitely for the best. The pool was bit too cold for me since we went in May (felt like a cold plunge the one time I went), but it was still nice to lay out. Absolutely recommend this location.

Overall a good stay. The location is brilliant. The breakfast staff were superb. The pool is really nice. And bearing in mind you're in the middle of a desert it was all quite ok. The hotel has a few odd rules (can't take your room keys off property; can't bring friends to your room) - not had either before so that was odd for me

Place is beautiful, very clean but my room had a very foul smell coming from the bathroom drainage not sure if it was from the shower or from the sink or a combination, We reported it and the person in charge very promptly went to the room to take care of it but eventually smell came back . Included Breakfast was wonderful with nice variety of high quality food items, tea and wine tasting offerings was also excellent. I asked for an hour of late check out as their check out time is at 11:00 am but they said no because hotel was sold out , right at 11 our luggage was out of the room Place is well situated right in the middle of town.

Lovely hotel in the heart of San Pedro de Atacama. Staff are lovely and helpful and put on numerous activities with winetasting being a lovely touch! Swimming pool was very welcome in such a hot climate.

Loved this hotel and the staff.

The hotel is excellent and friendly staff. It is close to street filled with shops and restaurants, and few minutes walking distance. There is daily evening social events - bread, cheese and local wines. All tour operators pick up from the hotel itself. Rooms are basic but clean, and nice. Manager Cristian is a super friendly person.

Centrally located, very helpful friendly staff

Absolute perfection. Incredible location right in the middle of town yet quiet and safe. Rooms are clean and beautifully appointed. Bathrooms are a bit small but they have great shower pressure and amenities. Our room had a cute garden but there are many locations on the property to sit and relax. The facility is beautifully kept and their customer service is incredible. Smooth and easy check in and check out. They totally spoil you with mid day snacks , afternoon tea and cookies and evening wine and cheese. Continental Breakfast is available from very early am for people who leave on excursions and more options ( eggs etc) are available after 7 am. We left every morning very early so cannot comment on quality of the full breakfast. The staff is incredible. Franklin, the manager, remembers everyone’s names and speaks to all guests to ensure their satisfaction. And everyone else follows his lead in providing incredible service to all the guests. We were there for 3 nights and wished we could stay longer.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! Franklin the manager and the hosts Christian and Antonia were wonderful! We learned so much about the culture of Chile and San Pedro Atacama . Everyone there made our stay a most memorable experience!

The staff, the location, the amenities were amazing. The spirit of the hotel makes you blessed. Atacama means daily tours picking up early. Thus, they serve breakfast starting from 4a.m. Although the size of the pool is small, we swam everyday. We enjoyed ‘wine tasting’ hour the most. The owner of the hotel is so generous and hospitable, as well as the staff.

The hotel was in a good location and was very nice, the only thing that I’d say is check in was not a smooth process. We arrived and waited 40 minutes to be taken to our room after a really long day to get there.

Best hotel in San Pedro de Atacama.

San Pedro is an oasis in the desert and this hotel is an oasis within the oasis. For starters, the room was very clean and comfortable. The site is amazing in the middle of town and it is right next to the church. At night, you can step out of your room and look up and see the Milky Way. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great, the afternoon tea is great, and evening wine tasting is great. I would give them more stars if a could.

Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay than this in San Pedro de Atacama. The location is ideal, right in the center of town close to all restaurants, bars etc but is quiet and peaceful. The design is simple and elegant. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, good water pressure in the shower. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a lovely wine tasting every evening where you can meet other travelers. I loved lounging at the pool in between excursions and while waiting to go to the airport after checking out. Breakfast is great with an egg station. They can pack a breakfast for you if you have an early morning excursion.

I enjoyed the central location of the property, easy access to the main Square and surrounding shops. The staff was amazing and very attentive to anything regarding the property or questions around about the area.

Terrantai Hotel is a gem i loved my 5 night stay there. The hitel is just beautiful, quiet rooms in the heart of San Pedro, anything is possible, early breakfast, super early breakfast, super super early breakfast. The hotel has tea tasting, wine tasting. Its probably the most guest friendly hotel I have stayed in and i am old enough to have done MANY hotels. Applause fir management!
