Great spot. Excellent breakfast.

Lovely place to stay in Lethbridge, price was right, room is spacious and clean, pool and breakfast was amazing. everything was amazing and would 100% recommend but only negative is we were placed in a room that the window was looking directly into the concrete structure that is the roof of the main entrance and that wasn't pleasing but otherwise amazing.

Bed was good . Breakfast is excellent variety. The only complaint is the tasteless coffee in the room .

Everything at the hotel was great value for the money. I am a hard critic so others would think this hotel was excellent but I save excellent for perfect places and this lacked choices for the breakfast menu and the Wifi was weak and intermittent so not perfect. But it is an excellent choice for the money!

We felt like we had some sort of allergy when we woke up. Found a piece of dog food on the floor. Rooms used for pets should only be rented to people who bring their pets.

Only issue we had was our room had no fan in bathroom and our door wouldn’t close properly.

Great stay as always. Room was spacious,clean and quiet.

All surfaces were sticky and had stains for some sort of drink. The shower sucked.

The staff went out of there way to make this stay special. Our kids were devastated when they got to the pool and the water slide was shut off, but the front desk attendant was more than happy to come down and turn the slide on for them and made the trip. Excellent place to stay and would definitely stay there again!
