It's a convenient and nice hotel. You have everything you need around you. The employees are very nice.

Everything was good inside hotel. My room had two balconies! I could check in early and all was good. This hotel and Hotel Emily across the plaza are same owner,same funishings. I picked 2 days at each and I can tell right away Ciros is much better.

It was ok but hotel didn’t have air conditioning only a ventilator, also to make your coffee in the room you have to request your coffee kit at the front desk

Hotel que necesita mejoras: Wifi Aire acondicionado Para poder volver a entrar allí. Después veremos cómo está el servicio y las recámaras. No entré cuando me dijeron que las habitaciones no tienen Aire Acondicionado y supongo el wifi debe estar igual

Perfect in every way. Great staff, perfect location, price is excellent!

Very hard beds. Good location for walking the square and the market and bus to mineral del Monte. If your room is facing the square be prepared for a lot of street noise and the clock dings every 15 minutes so if you sleep light bring earplugs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

That clock would not let you sleep and the music from the club near by would be so loud that you can hear from your room i would never come back here

You could not get closer to downtown Pachuca if you stay here. Nice and clean rooms, comfortable bed and professional staff. I would definitely stay here again if I went back to Pachuca.
