Beautiful huge suites with kitchen, fireplace and a separate bedroom. Only downfall was no airport shuttle, no pool or hot tub and no free breakfast.

The suite was spacious and well appointed, comfortable bed. It’s a bit shabby not sure why they would put MDF trim in a bathroom as it’s falling apart.

Easy check in and out, large rooms that are very clean.

This place is dated and the general room maintenance is low.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front office staff in the morning during check out were short and abrupt. Felt like it was an imposition to check out early.

The room was so big. Nice having a fridge in the room. A separate living room and bedroom. Great to have all that extra space

Really clean room, wonderful smell throughout the entire Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful (we had some noisy neighbors and they dealt with them right away) and very comfy bed.

Check in staff were unaware of the Silver member perks offered by Hotels. Argumentative and hoped we would accept no for an answer and pursue the issue with Hotels.com. I did, but I am tired of hotel properties expecting me to follow up with their booking partners and OTA's when there are communication problems. This is the second time in 2 stays that this has happened.

The room is clean, but even though my booking says I get $20 toward breakfast at Denny’s per night, I was denied it. I was told that if I want it, I have to email Expedia. I’m not going to email Expedia for a coupon to Denny’s when I’ll be gone by the time it’s issued, and there are no Denny’s locations in my town, so this coupon offer is misleading.

The room had very old furniture and was in disrepair. The sofa and floor had wet spots and we had to cover the sofa with a blanket. the red chair in the room was so dirty it looked liked it belonged in a mechanics bay. The tap in the shower came right off in my hand and the temperature in the shower could not be regulated because the handle was stripped and the water would not get hot. Staff had no other room and we were only there for one night. Staff was very understanding and the room should not have been in service but the hotel was full. Room 136.

Very clean, close to the lobby, tons of space!

Our room was clean and well appointed. However, the carpeting had several large areas where it was dark and sticky. The bath towels were small, more like large hand towels. The bed seemed unusually small. My feet actually hung off the end of king-sized bed. We've stayed at other Sandman hotels and this one pales in comparison. If this was our first Sandman experience, I doubt we'd give this chain continued patronage. Very disappointing.

The lock on our door never worked in a 2 night stay, very frustrating. Never restocked coffee or creamer.
