Good experience

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Pillows a bit large. Staff friendly and helpful during check in.

We stayed in one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The unit was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of closet space. A washer and dryer were provided and it was a great surprise since it's not an amenity I expect in a hotel. There were plates, mugs, bowls and silverware in the kitchenette. Microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine were also avail. Denny's is just a hallway walk in the same building where you can get a basic meal. We had breakfast there and were happy with the service and quality. The location is perfect for walkable shopping and dining. Very urban. My only note is that when we got out of the elevator, there was a constant fishy smell in the hallway. It didn't go away and lingered for all 3 days of our stay. We couldn't smell it in the room but it was very noticeable when we were in the elevator lobby. The carpet in the hallway and room had some dark spots.

Room was clean and the staff were nice. We had the premium king suite so we could make meals as we had an extended stay. They were doing some renovations and subsequently there were silverfish in the bathroom on occasion. There was only 1 nightstand and the room certainly needed some updating. Other than that it was okay

Very nice hotel. Check in was quick and easy. TVs ok. Only strange things was there was no AC in main room, only in bedroom (was a suite). Restaurants in walking distance. Nice having Denny’s there as it’s always good food.

Staff was very friendly, let me check in early and assisted when there was an issue with the room.

I had an issue with the bath tub. The issue was resolved then extra day.

We stayed for 4 nights. Room was large (kitchenette unit) bed was comfortable. We rewashed a few dishes in the kitchen because they weren't clean or had water in them (put away without drying). TV in the bedroom wasn't working the first night but staff fixed it the next day. Room had a washer dryer but the washer ran continuously for more than 2 hours and we couldn't stop it or open the door. It eventually opened when we unplugged it. Reported to staff but it was our last day. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we felt responded quickly. Although a few items not working we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Everything was perfect

Standard King Suite was very comfortable with a comprehensive kitchen and laundry. Very good value and handy to shops and airport. One small issue was carpet and couch needed a clean.

The suite is well-equipped and in good condition. It has everything needed for a short stay. I would suggest providing small packets of salt, pepper, and cooking oil, as this would be very helpful for guests and would avoid having to buy full-size items from the store only to leave most of them unused. What I did not like was that the mattress and pillows were extremely soft, making it difficult to get proper rest. It felt more like sleeping in a hammock than in a bed. I asked at the front desk if it would be possible to place a foam topper on the mattress, especially since I have some physical conditions that make sleeping comfort important. The response I received was, “You can go out and buy one,” which I found quite rude and unhelpful. I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and customer service in that interaction.

We had a minor issue with the bathroom sink stopper not working properly. After reporting it, the problem was rectified quickly by a very friendly maintenance man.
