Really enjoyed stay. Fab breakfast. Wonderful Cream team. Old fashioned in style with no en-suite facilities but worked well. Bed comfortable. Parking facilities. All really that one needs and for me represented great value for money.

Hosts absolutely delightful. Because of proximity to road, unable to open window during the heatwave but fan had been provided which helped. Every need was covered for our stay

Very lovely listed thatched building, beautiful gardens, great parking, comfy beds and great breakfast.

Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful and extremely nice. The breakfasts were very good and the cream tea in the tearoom gardens was superb!! Best ever and so plentiful ! No trouble parking.

Pleasant staff in a beautiful guest house with a great breakfast

The staff are friendly, easy to talk to and gave advice on where to eat locally. The room was clean and adequate for our stay, also a bit quirky, the floor definitely had a slope but the building is really old. The breakfast was a good size and cooked freshly. Juice toast and lovely marmalade are also on hand. Parking is fine and the way out is marked, it’s a bit tight but a lot safer than trying to go out directly onto the main road.

Just the one night stay, everything was fine, we had a great breakfast and a very nice cream tea!

Charming cosy cottage. Made to feel welcome. Breakfast perfectly cooked including caffatier of nice fresh coffee. Our ensuite room was spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money. Would highly recommend this property

Everything lovely and clean. Hosts helpful. Breakfast amazing. Parking was easy. Easy to find. Only diwn point very steep steps up to room.

Parking safe , only problem is a tight corner to get out onto side road. My room was interesting,no walls straight and the floor was lop sided but very comfy. Good selection for breakfast
