Awesome place to stay

So convenient, wonderful service and a beautiful hotel. We attended a concert at Scotiabank Arena and it was right beside us.

The bar service was exceptional, Hotel desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Always a great stay

Wonderful staff, clean rooms quiet hotel for being downtown, and wonderful for a business stay. Food was delicious in the bar downstairs. Great to be so close to Billy Bishop airport.

The bed was so comfortable and the room spacious and spotless. The only thing that was poor was the noise insulation as there was a lot of outside noise coming into the room.

Fire alarm went off during our stay with no communication and was disruptive

Great location. Nice touches like filtered water stations throughout the hotel. Staff were excellent! The only thing missing for me was a pool. There was also an apple station near our elevator. We enjoyed a post concert drink in the bar and the staff were awesome!
