Very nice seating area at front of hotel.Friendly staff.Decent sized room in good condition.Comfy bed. Underground parking in next street was a bonus in the hot weather. It wasnt very well signposted where the exit was though.

We had booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. The room was small, dark and depressing and the private balcony was more like a ledge with a view of the dirty wall of the adjacent building. To escape the room, we visited the roof terrace to relax on sun loungers and go in the hot tubs, however the whole area was strewn with litter and the hot tubs were empty and dirty. We literally couldn’t wait to leave. The breakfast was the only redeeming quality.

The hotel claims to have parking. When we arrived we have told us full and we have find parking ourselves. They should say on the website they have “limited “ parking and I’d have booked a different hotel

Absolutely amazing reception staff. I had a pickpocket on a bus and they were marvelous help. Especially Yulia. I had a great special rate also and the room on lower level was quiet and very comfortable. Great hotel!

Stay was really good. People were lovely. The only issue we had was that we had a do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaners still came in. Other then that everything else was fantastic.

Room was very comfortable and had a balcony with a small view of the sea. Staff were very accommodating and friendly! Excellent breakfast, one of the best we have had on our 3 month journey.

Nice hotel, breakfast was delicious, near the beach. There is a restaurant nearby called IL Falco that was super good and cheap.

VERY NICE HOTEL, AND GREAT BREAKFAST!!

Nothing was too much hassle. The main man on reception said hello and cheerio to us every time we passed and on our return from the MotoGP asked us what we thought of the race and Rossi's performance. The terrace on the roof was a lovely place to relax after 3 rather frantic days traveling to the circuit to watch the racing. The hotel is not on the beach front but 1 street back, close to bars, restaurants and shops with easy access to the beach.

Typical hotel in Rimini. There are hundreds like this one. We have been charged 2 extra nights because they didn't recognize that the two guests had different last names and they thought we had two different reservations. Quite unprofessional. Room was nice, but there was no space between the bed and the desk. I had to lift luggage to go from one area to the other. A/C quite noisy. When it rains, water was dripping in the bathroom. I had to put some pans to avoid flooding. Neighborhood is popular.

Good rates. Nice service. only conplaint is parking. The underground parking is very limited and very very tight. Street parking is almost impossible, but that is true throughout the city.

Bad quality room bedside was very close to the bathroom door and was unable to fully open the door. Room was not cleaned throughly on a daily basis. Staff could have been more helpful and welcoming towards non-bative tourists.
