Strange place - hotel managed by the hotel over the road. Terrible A/C and a smashed window.

Very basic food

Only criticism was the rooms are very warm no air conditioning breakfast served across road not a problem a member of staff helped me with car park which is very tight the Irish coffee in the Italian restaurant superb

Trevligt hotell och fina, stora rum. Men sängarna är väldigt mjuka.

+comfortable beds. personel nice, near trainstation. restaurant and bar ”in hotel area”. -Very varm room, no aircondition and the Windows were no good. Breakfast was served in another hotel across the street. The reception closed early.

Room is very small, different from the photos on the website. Tiny bath room, poor design, water goes everywhere after a shower. No one at front desk, check in and check out by the receptionist of a hotel across the road. Virtually no service at this hotel.

Lovely large family room, with super fresh linen on the beds. Bathroom clean and modern, location is perfect, I know this hotel over many years and it always works.

Noise in the rooms

The property was convenient to get to but there was an issue with our booking since we booked with Hotel Hjalmar but instead were put in the sister property, First Hotel. The shower was broken, the chair in room was so dirty that my wife had to cover it with a towel to sit on. The heater element was broken and our keys stopped working after the first night. We were given a new room but it was a downgrade of sorts. I did not appreciate having to stay in a hotel that was not apart of the original booking. There were some good and bad elements to the stay but overall a C- grade.

Fantastiskt bra läge. Tyvärr ingen fungerande AC. Bra frukost men trångt, och tråkigt bröd.

Stort rom og greit bad, men litt støvete gulv på rommet. Veldig sentralt.

Frukosten var kaos, då allt tog slut. Personal var trevlig trots stressigt på morgonen då de sprang runt, gjorde väl sitt bästa. Bättre organisering skulle underlätta. Golvet i rummet var smutsigt, väggen såg ut som någon kastat ägg på samt toastolen (utsidan) var inte avtorkad.

Frukosten smakade sådär, kändes inte fräsch. Ingen AC och heller ingen fläkt att låna ut trots värmebölja. Tvingades sova med vidöppna fönster för att inte få värmeslag, men då hölls vi istället vakna av flertalet pratglada fåglar i trädet precis utanför fönstren. Kommer inte bo där igen.

Vi bokade rum för tre personer. Rummet var rymligt, även badkar i stort badrum. Enkelt inrett, jag hade önskat bättre belysning, exempelvis vid sängen. Slitet, enkla detaljer. Helt ok rent/städat.

Hyfsat rent och fräscht men lite äldre elektronik. Ingen AC eller fläkt så det blev lite väl varmt när det var 32 grader utomhus. Kylen fungerade inte heller. Men bra pris så man får vad man betalar för.
