Friendly and helpful staff all the time. Comfortable and quiet room. Two things to say: 1. The cook should keep an eye on the breakfast provision more regularly - some things ran out and were not replaced 2. TV service should be upgraded to offer more international channels and information about the hotel and Andenes

Excellent Hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a small gym, but it has everything you need. Breakfast included is great, free coffee in the lobby area and a nice sitting / hang out area in the lobby as well.

Nothing fancy, but clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good.

Breakfast was amazing! Perfect location but parking was an issue since they were tearing up the parking lot and a tour bus was taking up lots of car parking spaces.

Very fast to respond to concerns or changes in itenerary. Good language skills of all staff. Clean room. A single room is truely a single but its clean and well laid out with good tv and coffee. Great breakfast. Really awesome that you can walk to airport. Just really enjoyed the stay

Hotel is located centrally in Andenes. Free Wifi. Rooms are clean and OK, but not luxurious. Nice breakfast buffet included.

The personell is friendly. The hotel breakfast is below expected standard. The rooms are also below standard. No refrigirator and a shelf system that did not fint into the cabord. Alhough coffe and tea i the reception

The only reason I stay in this hotel because of convenience of sea safari tour. It's a very old hotel that made me felt uncomfortable when I walked in. A poor room without electric kettle and hair dryer.

Very good service, excellent breakfast

Bra opphold med god frokost. Rommet ble ikke ryddet i tidsrommet torsdag - søndag. Ingen var innom og fjernet skitne kopper, håndklær eller søppel. Føneren på badet virker ikke og toalettet uler veldig høyt når en flusher. Hadde et bra opphold allikevel.

Vesiputket metelöivät (vinkuivat) toisena majoitusyönä niin et ei pystynyt nukkumaan, osa hotellivieraista odotteli ulkona äänen loppumista, se loppui klo 02:10. Mitään vastaantuloa hotelli ei tarjonnut. Hotelli on remontissa, mikä ehkä aiheutti ongelman.

Ble litt stress ved innsjekking pga nye regler med legitimasjon med bilde av oss begge. Min mann hadde klart å miste sertifikatet så vi måtte styre med å få laste ned en app, men det gikk med god hjelp fra resepsjonisten. Ellers fantastisk bra opphold.

Hotellet var ved at få en tiltrængt renovering, men jeg syntes ikke det lever op til Thon hotel's normale standard. Rejste alene, men havde bestilt et standard værelse, og jeg er sikker på det var et single rum jeg fik.
