Good spot

I had high hopes after reading so many glowing reviews, but in all honesty, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The pool area is very small and the pool itself is plastic, which felt underwhelming. Breakfast was not buffet-style (which I had looked forward to), but served to your table. Unfortunately, every time I ordered scrambled eggs, I was given bacon—I'm vegetarian, so this was particularly frustrating. While some of the food was nice, it wasn’t outstanding as other reviews suggested. Toast was often burnt and dishes lacked flavour. Service was polite and staff were friendly, but there was a clear language barrier with several staff members, which made communication difficult. Clearing tables also took far too long—not something you'd expect from a 5-star establishment. The rooms were definitely the highlight—modern, clean, and comfortable. However, the reception area looked tired, with white decor that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. What really surprised me was that access to the spa facilities (like the steam room and sauna) required an extra fee, despite paying €500 a night. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels and have never been charged separately for basic spa access. The hotel entrance also lacks impact, looking more like a 4-star property. Overall, while the stay was pleasant in parts, it does not live up to 5-star standards. It feels more like a 4-star hotel with 5-star pricing.

I booked the hotel for my trip to Italy with my husband. When I arrived, they said I had only booked for 1 person so I was charged an additional 120 Euro dollars for my husband to stay. There was hair in the bed and they did change the sheets The TV had no English channels and they had maintenance come to look at it and said the cable was out due to the weather. We ended up leaving early and going to another hotel. The hotel is in a great location and staff was nice and accomodating and the experience was disappointing.

Staff was very friendly and nice. You can feel that they try their best to make your stay nice. Breakfast is very tasty. You can jump into the pool at any time you wish. Only thing I would improve is smart TV and normal bath water temperature regulator instead of this weird joystick which is hard to operate to set the temperature right or to completely turn the water off you have to play around with it until it stops dripping. But none of this really affected the stay in this hotel.All in all very happy with it.

Beautifully updated and modern hotel. The pool and spa was perfect after traveling for the past week. The Adriatic Sea was a gorgeous welcome in the morning and the overall pace of the beach area was nice and chill... also, the breakfast was exceptional!

The check in and check out process was easy. The hotel even arranged a taxi for us to get to the train station on the check out day. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were very fresh and tasty.

It was great hotel. Service was excellent, room and view were awesome. We really enjoyed the spa also. Breakfast was excellent. Only improvement could be water pressure/ flow in bath tub as it took a long time to fill.

I like evryone there! The staff is a fantastic group of young professionals, very nice and always ready to accommodate every request. What this hotel should improve is the cleanness of the rooms, particularly bathrooms (toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, and bathtub full of women's hair). Also, really important is the restaurant, while again the whole staff is incredibly nice, the food is terrible! The kitchen here tries really hard to break into the modern cuisine with what they think is a unique menu that i reality turns out to be a disaster of poorly cooked, and poorly selected flavors. An example of how bad is the kitchen here is the way they were able to ruin a very, very simple mixed grilled fish selection, buy first grilling and then deep frying and adding breadcrumbs to the fish. It was disgusting, and made me sick the whole night!

We loved how modern and fun this hotel is. Complimentary Spritz was the icing on the cake. Wish we had time to use the spa & pool. Next time!

Extremely modern hotel with an emphasis on well being. Incredible huge jacuzzi and pool. Beautiful healthy breakfast offering fresh smoothies as well as a large selection of freshly cooked food. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We borrowed bikes and cycled into the city centre which was fab as a bit too far to walk. Would highly recommend this hotel.
