poor Indian receptionist, lack of hospitality act like he owned the place, snoby and low class attitude.please keep all the Japanese staff, they are doing great, especially the bold guy

โรงแรมอยู่ในตัวเมืองเลยค่ะ สะดวกมาก ร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่ติดรร.เลย เดินไปรถไฟฟ้าก็ใกล้ แต่ทางเข้ารร.จะต้องเดินขึ้นบันไดนะคะ แบกกระเป๋าเดินทางขึ้นไปเช็คอินเอง บริการตามราคาค่ะ คืนละพันกว่าบาท ห้องพักไม่ใหม่นะคะแต่ก็ไม่โทรม ห้องค่อนข้างเล็กมากซึ่งก็ปกติรร.ในเมืองที่ราคาไม่แพง อาหารเช้าธรรมดาค่ะเป็น buffet ต้องซื้อเพิ่มต่างหาก มีบริการฝากกระเป๋าภายในวันฟรี พนักงานfrontสุภาพ ยิ้มแย้ม ขอความช่วยเหลือได้ดีพอใช้ พูดอังกฤษได้นิดหน่อย ต้องใช้ google translate ช่วยด้วยบางครั้ง รวมๆก็สะดวกดีค่ะ แนะนำค่ะ

If I go to tokyo again in the future, I will stay at this hotel again, because this hotel is really good for the service and really near train station. Although the hotel is only 3 star hotel, but the service is like 5 star hotel... It's amazing!! Keep up your good work....arigatou gozaimasu

Convenient location to travel by train. The room and service are up to standard.

Great hotel near Tokyo Station, actually it's a 15 minute walk from Keisei Bus Stop 3 near Tokyo Station which routes Narita to Tokyo vice versa. This hotel is 1 minute away from Kayabacho Station as well as 10 minute walk to Nihonbashi Station. So going around Tokyo is very easy. It has several convenience store besides it namely Lawson, 7-11 and Family Mart. Near it also is Yoshinoya as well as few blocks away, there is Dennys near Hatchibori Station. So you will never get hungry on this Hotel as there are many eating places besides it. As usual, the room is small, so you need to plan out if you got many luggage, but I guess this is just a typical room size in a budget hotel in Tokyo. Also staff knows little English but so far they are accommodating. Also, internet seems not to be working when we stayed but no problem as we have rented out a wifi from klook. Nevertheless still a satisfy stay.

A mini hotel room, but clean, near station, good price

This is my second time staying at this hotel.As always,,perfect hotel for remarkable location within tokyo station area indeed. Nevertheless, the room space is quite small for traveler with families.

So far this hotel is satisfactory. The location is close to the shinkansen station and easy to go anywhere. For buffet breakfast also includes cheap for food rating conditions during in Japan. The condition of the rooms is rather small and really designed to sleep alone. But since it's just for going to sleep at night so it's okay.
