Water is turned off in the middle of the night in the rooms. When they turn it off it makes a horrendous loud sound that every room can here from 2AM to 4AM.

Large room with older design. The room and bathroom was clean except the grout in the bathtub, which was bad. The window opens and looks into another room. There was no view at all. Location is very good, near to the central plaza Unfortunately, buses are not allowed in. We had to walk about one and half blocks in the rain with our luggage.

Rooms are small as stated in other posts. However I do not travel to stay in my room so I didn't find this a problem. It is clean, the beds comfortable, great staff and good breakfast. The hotel is a minute walk from the square where there are many restaurants and shops. A great location. Highly recommend this hotel.

Incorrect information given on dinner service resulted in us missing dinner. No willingness for room service for tourists who have traveled all day in devastating altitude.

The hotel room was very nice and spacious with two large windows (apparently having a room with windows is not self evident here in puno). The room was equipped with an additional heater which is very useful for the cold nights. Unfortunately the WLAN was not working and informing the staff about it did not help. If you plan to have breakfast very early around 6am it might be better to let the staff know in advance because for us the breakfast buffet was not ready yet.
