The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange for laundry and airport transportation. The hot water is great, but not always available (depends on usage). The rooms were very clean as well.

We booked a 4 night stay 2-3 months in advance. When we arrived they told us we would have to go to another hotel in two days. They offered a complimentary dinner to offset the inconvenience. We accepted the offer but when we arrived at the new hotel we were told it was only one night and didn’t know where we were going next. After refusing to accept the inconvenience of packing and unpacking every day of our stay they found a hotel that was available for two nights.

Excellent location, friendly staff and nice rooms. Just suggest you ask for a room off the street side, it was noisy at times, otherwise strongly recommend.

Excellent hotel in Puno center!

Wonderful location and customer service

The hotel was clean, however, it was older and needs some TLC. Tiles were broken in the bathroom and the overall appearance was just a little dated and worn. It fit our needs, but it was far from the nicest hotel we have stayed at. Dogs across the way were barking every night at 3am, and it just gave the feel of a hostel at times. The front desk staff was lovely, and the laundry service was great.

We had a lovely view of the river in front of the property and a very nice balcony to relax on.

Very efficient. Very good location. Very nice breakfast, with the eggs cooked specially for us by the nice lady serving it.

Hot water is scare or not at all. Water in shower & sink are weak & cold. The room smells like sewage. Towels are old & yellowish in color.

The hotel condition is not for three stars. The room is small, not elevator when I arrived. The service is not helpfull. Even was for a night i dont recomend this.
