Unable to get WiFi, as stated, in our room, changed rooms but the new room (with WiFi) smelt of smoke and foul drains. Clean but shabby. No hairdryer or drink making facilities. Desperately in need of some tlc but central and cheap.

The first room we got wasn't good enough. They changed our room the next morning which was good. The staff were lovely including Charlotte and Juan Carlos at the bar. Good area and location

There was no heating and conditioner did not work in almost all rooms. I got sick. But the staff was extremely nice and friendly!

Great value all round. Old fashioned but squeaky clean and perfectly functioning room with extremely comfortable bed. Air con fully functioning. Great shower too. Lovely check in / out staff. Great value stay. Would come again.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the laundry was directly above our room and the washing machine sounded like a helicopter landing early morning when trying to sleep.

Perfectly positioned by the train & bus station so not far to walk with baggage and a short walk to the beach. The staff are lovely, very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The room was fine, with a great walk-in shower.

Very close the train station, bus station & only a short walk to the beach. The room was a good size & staff were friendly. The maids put an washing airer in my room once they knew u was washing my gym clothes which was lovely! Air con worked well & the beds were comfy. The rooms however need a small fridge, there isn't really room on the balcony to sit comfortably.

Breakfast could be more choices however I had a great stay and would stay there again as the bus station and train station is 2 minutes walk from the hotel

Stayed here a few months ago and was very pleased with the room and my stay. I would add that it was not the standard room. On this occasion I booked a standard single room which was ok. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room and you had to ask reception each time. On my departure morning there was no hair dryer available and no hot water which left me feeling very disappointed.

Hopefully the building work next door will be finished soon

Great location, rooms are simple but clean and comfy beds. A bargain for the price paid!

Very comfortable room, large, nice bathroom, staff friendly and helpful, no bar or cafe as low season but able to order from reception beer and food. Lots of bars nearby and minutes from the beach. Lots of building work around hotel but didn't affect us. Few minutes walk from train station. Only thing lacking is kettle and cups but took my own

Weather was raining all week . Hotel clean and friendly staff as usual as we have stayed before and always been pleasant . One thing we have noticed is the breakfast was a little different . When we first stayed it was cold buffet and fruit etc with teas coffee cereal etc but a person would come to the table and ask how you want the bacon sausage and eggs done and go and fetch it straight from the kitchen but now the hot food is kept in Bein Marie’s and so not as fresh … only an observation as the food was nice…. The hotel is nice and near the beach , bus station and beach so great for travel to airport …. Other only observation is no bar or refreshments but still score it a 4

Good location. Hotel decor was a little tired. It said hair dryer on request but they didn’t have one when I asked on two occasions. Very disappointed and for that reason I wouldn’t stay again. Beds were comfortable

Fast efficient check in. The room was tidy and cleaned everyday. The only downside was that the shower was on the small side. Excellent value for the price paid.
