Premium lagoon suite amazing! VIP service was disappointing though, no cafe food service for suites, wine and fruit didn’t arrive until I asked, pool towels not provided last day. Nice hotel overall with good food options, highly recommend lagoon suites. Pools cold but expected due to time of year. Good waterpark.

Food was always great, lots of choice in the week, bed and room comfortable the only thing was the noise till 1am from the beach club, staff are great so hard working and the place is clean. On door step to land of legends and Belek, if anything is wrong they always fix it quickly, doctors on site was also very helpful

Great hotel with amazing staff. They made sure we have everything we need and accommodated all requests. Location is perfect so is the food, the whole family had a great time. Mr suleyman made sure we have everything we needed, we will come back

Lovely hotel with fantastic food and great, friendly service. The hotel is in a great location if you want a peaceful getaway. There isn't a huge amount of nightlife if you're looking to party but plenty to do during the day and lots of nice people. The hotel was incredibly clean and I felt safe from a COVID perspective at all times! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Rooms were ok. Small balcony. Pools were great. Some restaurants weren't open as should've been as were winding down for season. Staff were a little despondent, not the friendliest. Wouldn't book again
