The hotel and entire staff was lovely!

We had the most magical experience at this hotel. The environment is historic and beautiful. The staff was so attentive, and the breakfast was perfect in the morning. There was valet parking when we arrived and an elevator to our room. The location is great for walking to the downtown. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

First, the establishment is beautiful. Ask for a tour, it will be one visual "wow" experience after another. Second, the staff is so helpful, friendly and competent. The rooms are furnished with high quality antiques that function as well as modern pieces.

⸻ I’ve traveled all over the world, and every time I visit San Luis Potosí, this is my top choice. The place is stunning and full of history—truly one of a kind. The staff is exceptional: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Great food is just a short walk away, and the VIP parking service makes everything effortless. Just pull up to the front, and they take care of the rest. The interior of the hotel is breathtaking, and the overall experience is consistently outstanding.

Beautiful property, kind staff. I needed to have laundry done and they finished it within the day. Would stay again!

Hotel is nice just make sure you have a lot of patience when it comes to find someone to order food or a drink. Other than the bed, all other furniture tables and chairs are old and springy and not comfortable. I don’t look for any modern conveniences.

The hotel is fantastic! Please ask someone in the reception to tour you to the chapel and the cellar. We are definettly coming back soon!

This property is absolutely stunning. It’s like living in a fabulous museum surrounded by beautiful art work and lovely architecture. The pictures do not do this place justice. I fell in love with this place when I walked through the doors.

This property is a jewel!!! Every detail has been taking care of. The building is breath taking! Pictures on line does not give it justice! The suites are espectacular! All services are high end. Old time meets new era in this magnificent museum. The tour is a must, please tip the tour guide! Staff is courteous and knowledgeable.
