Awesome staff and hotel. Rooms super clean and nice decor each with a unique theme. Excellent location close to everything. Definitely worth the price.

Stayed for 1 night while traveling to Marrekesh, beautiful hotel and room. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast upon arrival and it was delicious and plentiful. Will definitely stay when in Cassablanca.

Everything was excellent overall, the breakfast, location, cleanliness, and beautiful room were all great. The only issue was at the spa lounge area, where a noisy group of staff disrupted the relaxing atmosphere despite the spa manager (a man) politely asking them to be quiet. Because of the noise, we had to leave and return to our room. Other than that, the experience was wonderful.

The hotel is close to all the tourist spots and nice restaurants. The rooms were huge and very well decorated, making you feel as if you had been transported back to the Sultaniyat era. The massage in this hotel was one of the best we have ever received during all our trips and travels. They also have a heated pool that our toddler absolutely loved.

The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose with local breakfast food. Our waitstaff was very friendly and engaging. She was very engaging and accommodating to our needs

The Hotel Art Palace Suites & Spa was a lovely hotel with an amazing spa offering. I can't say enough nice things about the hotel.

This hotel is at walking distance to the mosque and other attractions. Staff members are super friendly. The hotel is beautiful and super clean. The spa is wonderful. Highly recommend it.

Overall was good for only one night. I tried to schedule a massage but the property didn’t communicate well. They didn’t want to schedule it before we arrive. When I arrived there was no availability anymore. The apartment in the first floor was very noisy until 3am. Staff was very nice and friendly. Location is great!

Breakfast was excellent but way too much food for a light eater. The second morning we ordered one breakfast for the two of us and still barely got through it.

Clean, modern room with plenty of amenities. I knew there was more to be discovered and such, but I only booked for one night and had to leave at 6 am the next morning. I wish I were staying there more than just one night.

This is a return visit for me. I love everything about the hotel. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The meals are yummy! The spa provides for relaxation. And the room is immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable.

Clean, spacious room with everything we needed for our family. Good location and the staff made us feel very safe and comfortable. Restaurant on-site was delicious and available all day (with breakfast included). Spa was fantastic! Massage was ok, but Himam sauna was incredible! The front desk was pleasant and helped translate/problem solve when we had travel changes. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay here. The room was enormous with 2 bathrooms and a separate lounge area. It has its own restaurant on the ground floor which had live music every night I think. They kindly gave us 2 drinks on our first night there. Nice to have a bar for an alcoholic drink. Although the bar and restaurant was expensive in my opinion. They didn’t have our room ready at check in time so we went somewhere for lunch while they sorted that out. Some good restaurants around area to eat at. The live music from the bar was quite loud at night and we could hear it through our hotel room on 2nd floor up until maybe 11,12. For those reasons it loses a star. And also breakfast was not included, which surprised for the price we paid for our stay. We had breakfast in every other accommodation and they were less than here. I must say though, we paid for the breakfast and it was very good and substantial.
