Loved this hotel. Great location, places to sit outside for a drink, 3 restaurants (though same menu) they all had a different atmosphere. Breakfast was fine. Liked the bar. One thing the WiFi did not work well in the rooms as you got farther back, so if you need Internet you need to make sure you are ina room that it works well. But it did work well sitting outside or at the restraints. There is free onsite parking

We had booked a deluxe room but were downgraded on arrival due to lack of availability. We ended up in a handicap accessible room with no view. The hotel discounted our rate and comped us a cocktail in the bar which was nice but given we travelled from the US and it was a once in a lifetime trip and we had booked the hotel 6 months ago, it was a little disappointing. The hotel is very charming and in the center of town. We enjoyed a drink on the patio out front. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Room was downgraded on the day of travel, to be fair they contacted me in relation to this and asked me before doing so. As I was a solo traveller I didn’t mind. However the room I then got was tiny.

Very pleasant check in. Room a bit aged but fine. View of parking lot. Dinner in the glass atrium space. Very nice but sirloin a little tough. We did not have breakfast but it looked popular. Lovely town, very walkable with fun pubs and good music. Being right on the main octagon was super convenient!

The Cobbler Bar was outstanding with both the food and beverages. The entertainment was also amazing.

Beautiful property, great location

This hotel is a great location but it felt a little worn down and cramped and the parking was a bit of a nightmare. The rooms were beautiful but the view onto the street not so much. Breakfast was just okay. We only stayed here one night but compared to all the other fabulous stays we had in Ireland, I would not return to this hotel. We did love that they gave us bags of O’Donnell’s potato chips - the best potato chips we had in Ireland. That was a nice touch.
