Hotel Fasano is located outside Punta Del Este in a somewhat remote location. It is pricey, but absolutely out-of-this-world beautiful! Staff, service and accommodations were impeccable. David, the manager, is hands-on, very responsive, and on top of everything. We will be back!

This is a first rate resort in the area.

The room was larger than expected but it made it very comfortable for us to stay in. We walked the whole property and was amazed by the amenities and attention to detail. The whole team works very hard to keep everything looking pristine.

Every things were amazing and very well organized. The hotel is piece of art and peace. The services also were very great . Might be the heat in sime places of the suit is enough, especially the weather is very cold .

Service is excellent and friendly. Housekeeping could be better (rooms a bit dusty). Overall condition of the hotel is good but starting to need some refreshing. Breakfast is wonderful. Dinner entrees are JUST okay and extremely expensive for what you get (quality and taste). However, we still enjoyed the Fasano, and we certainly enjoyed Punta del Este and Uruguay overall!

Incredible! An experience worth every penny! Every little detail is thought of. The property and surroundings are amazing. We felt totally relaxed and recharged after 2 days in Fasano.

Fantastic service albeit front desk didn't seem that knowledgable. Stunning design and architecture. Beautiful views. Amazing spa area. Very good quality food albeit pricey. We stayed out of season so rates very reasonable.

pontos positivos: o paisagismo do hotel é lindo. O serviço do café da manhã é simpático e eficiente. Apesar do bom serviço e da boa qualidade do que oferece, a variedade não é tanta para o ‘nível’ do hotel Recepção: FRIA e indiferente Para a fama que o lugar possui e ter a grife fasano, você espera se sentir especial. Escolhi para comemorar meu aniversário com minha família e em 3 dias não houve nada de especial. O quarto foi a maior decepção. É grande, com uma boa varanda. Sem manutenção! A porta de entrada e a da varanda estavam empenadas, não fechavam (foi advertido ao hotel). A tomada do secador estava quebrada, mas eles consertaram rapidamente! Dentro do guarda-roupa, partes abertas e fiação exposta. Tive a chave desmagnetizada (não é culpa do hotel) mas pedi ao serviço de ‘mordomia’ (seja o que for isso, pq oferece zero mordomia) e eles responderam uma hora e meia depois, deu tempo de ir do bungalow até a recepção e trocar de chave. Para coroar, havia um escorpião dentro do box. Liguei para recepção, ninguém veio. Eu msm matei, 40 min depois, falei de novo e finalmente mandaram alguém. Pedidos de desculpas? Sim, junto com uma palestrade que os escorpiões no uruguay não são venenosos como no Brasil. Pedi para trocar de quarto, pois como minha porta estava empenada, podia entrar insetos, cobra etc, mas o hotel estava lotado. Eles n teriam obrigação (talvez) de me mudar de quarto, mas de me dar um quarto em perfeita condição. A piscina é bonita, mas o serviço nela é nulo.
