The property was dirty and outdated

El hotel es muy sencillo y no respetaron el precio que nos dieron a la hora de recervar. No volvería a regresar.

Picture from the hotel's facade and other spaces looks like tricking and I supposed that will be a nice place. But is really simple.

Is faraway from downtown, but closest to the airport

The location was good But we had ants in our room the jacuzzi tub was dirty and didnt work it shot water right out of the tub then noticed floaties of dirt in the water

Great hotel

With the rates they are charging, you do not expect it to be the Hilton. The value for the dollar is higher than any hotel around.

The room has just the basics, but you will for sure find a clean room and bathroom, and the staff always trying to find ways to help you, you will only receive a nice smile and answer.

I ussually don't complain, but in this case I think is better to look somewhere else: Right away after opening the rooms door we saw a couple of roaches, but then again I said "who cares...I'm not buying the place"; then after a long travel day I decided to take shower but for my surprise I saw a jacuzzi tub and I decided to try it ... The stream of water from the faucet was ridiculous small that after 15 minutes didn't even raised the water no even 1" and I was looking for the switch to activate the water jets once ready ...it doesn't exist however I ended up in the shower where also the water stream was unacceptable. Finally to get a parking spot at night you really go to be lucky. I really think that is worth it to expend a few more dollars to get a more comfortable place.

The hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. Little problems were fixed immediately and without ant attitude.

The staff were very welcoming. GUADELOPE one of the reception staff went out of her way to help us find a room that met our needs. T

Super atención del personal. Muy limpio, amplio, rica la comida

El aire acondicionado no funciono adecuadamente, no enfriaba la habitación además de que el olor del hotel era a auto nuevo y después de un par de horas harta ese aroma, la cama muy incómoda. El espacio del estacionamiento demasiado pequeño, la alberca nada que ver con la foto muy pequeña. Tan mal me fue que solo me quede dos días en el hotel y al entregar la habitación ni siquiera les importó el porqué dejaba el hotel tres días antes. Pésimo servicio e instalaciones

Las instalaciones están bastante descuidadas Adicional, no quieren facturar lo pagado por medio de Expedia Necesitan aclarar eso con ellos, ya que se les pide factura, y el argumento es que ustedes tienen que hacerla, pero se les pide a ustedes, y no existe forma de solicitar la factura

Me parece muy bien la atención y limpieza

El estacionamiento muy incómodo. No es suficiente para lus huéspedes es muy pequeño. El olor de la habitación es muy feo. Internet malo

El estacionamiento terrible. No hay lugar suficiente. Se estación atrás de ti y Isra alguna emergencia tardan mucho en moverlo. Si llevas coche no es lugar para ti
