This residence is very dated, both inside and out, and needs several renovations. The kitchen is sparsely equipped and has earthenware nests in the cutlery tray. The bathrooms have broken toilet seats, a leaky bathtub, and a sink plug that doesn't hold water. The rooms are spacious, but always hot, and there's no option to leave the balcony window open because the wooden doors are all closed (no shutters or blinds). The pool is large, but poorly maintained. The loungers, chairs, and deckchairs are always dirty with bird droppings, given the location is surrounded by trees. A real shame; this could be a residence with potential, but currently it only provides conveniences like a supermarket, the town center, and the beach.
