It was fine for the price.

it was a convenient place to stay staff was good but can use some updates.

Front desk outstanding,had issues with Credit Card They were understanding and helped solve my deilima .

Room was clean, bed was firm, door lock was secure. Most rooms are attached to atrium not a hallway.

I had one small issue and the staff was very helpful it fixing it

Check-in and check-out were easy. Room was nice but cold - we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat up. Beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. Walkable to restaurants.

Parking was great. Room was very bad.Old, dated. All the staff was great.The Indian restaurant foods was really good.

There was construction going on above me until at least 1 AM and my ceiling started leaking water from the fire sprinkler. Breakfast was supposed to be until at least 9 AM and I went out there at 8:50 and it was all shut down.

The staff were relatively unfriendly, i definitely felt judged. The room was clean but looked like a motel room, the bathroom was dirty and small. AC didn’t work. Room smelt horrible had to have the bathroom fan on for hours and window open on a hot summer day. Parking sucked, the lot has space but theres so many trucks taking up 2-3 spaces we had to park in the back and almost got into several accidents trying to pull out.

Rooms were absolutely disgusting. Water damaged, moldy, dirty, and towels were stained. Wouldn’t recommend staying there to anyone at all

The air conditioner in my original room wasn’t working, and the toilet flush in the washroom was also not functioning properly. The staff were extremely helpful and quickly arranged another room for me. Unfortunately, the second room also had a washroom issue. Despite the maintenance problems, I appreciated the staff’s professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to assist. Their excellent customer service made the situation much easier to deal with.

Convenient location but our locked truck canopy was pried open and things stolen. The area had quite a few questionable people walking by, doing drugs etc. A lot of the gym equipment was down as was the hottub. No iron or do not disturb sign, and bathroom really needs renovations. Found mould in the window when we opened for fresh air. Breakfast was bare, toast, cereal oatmeal and yogurt. Did the trick for a basic accommodation, but won’t stay here again.

Property was okay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Small maintenance needs to be kept up. Breakfast area needs an attendant to clean and stock during hours of operation.

Prepaid for 6 day stay. Hotel was ok, room was clean but run down. Some mold on the window sill. Didn’t have enough towels for a suite, no iron, no do not disturb sign for the door. Bed was ok but not super comfortable. Breakfast was pretty terrible, and seems like the parking had quite a few run down / non running vehicles living there so sometimes it was hard to find parking. Wasn’t terrible but will probably stay elsewhere next time.

The room smells like piss. It was so nasty. The bathroom was not very clean only one towel and a big long black hair in the bed.
