Mi estancia en Luz Madrid fue excelente. La limpieza, atención, cordialidad, excelente disponibilidad de Margarita. Estoy muy feliz de los días allí pasados. La cercanía al area céntrica y de transporte Optima. Lo recomiendo.

Está más deteriorado de lo que muestran las fotos. No tiene aislamiento acústico, se escucha todo de la habitaciónes continuas. Muy limpio, me cambiaron la toallas todos los días sin pedirlo. La señora de recepción muy amable.

There wasn’t breakfast. Didn’t get the air con remote until the day before we left, but kept window open. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, sheets. The staff were lovely, no English but we got by. The room was quite noisy from the street below to the snoring and talking from the ppl next door. Great location. Glad we didn’t pay the full price though!

The room is basic but in an awesome location very centrally located to Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace and metro. Can’t get better than this.

Margarita is a sweet and helpful lady. Location is ideal (few steps away from Opera Metro station)

The place is clean and they clean the room everyday except i can hear the noises from the other rooms. Breakfast price very reasonable 50% off. Very accessible to historical places and safe to walk and there's a a lot of stores, restaurant, supermarket aroubdvtge area.

The room is little bit old but the location is excellent. The reception cannot speak the English and need the patient to communicate.

The room was small, but very clean and had everything I needed. The location is very central to everything. Communication was a little difficult due to the lack of English speaking staff, but we managed.
