The hotel was exceptionally welcoming

No mini bar!!! Just like a Motel 8!! Had to drink tap water, which tasted very bad. Other than that, still ok, but far from the new hotel it once was. Light from the closet wouldnt turn off. Had to pull the wire from the wall... they didnt bother fixing it during my stay. Seriously though, no minibar? You're right, i can order room service; but i can also stay somewhere else.

When we arrived to the hotel, immediately the staff was so friendly and welcoming, they helped us take our suitcases out of the vehicle and brought them in and the staff at check in was so friendly as well. Our hotel rooms were spotless and very clean, the food is amazing and the staff who brought the food was very friendly when we chose the private dining option, everything about the hotel was amazing and beautiful I really enjoyed my stay

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom is slightly outdated. Service and amenities are not comparable to other five star hotels in Toronto with similar cost- ritz and four seasons

Everything was exceptional. Front desk, concierge, room service and housekeeping were all first class. A fantastic stay.

For kids, they do a special Teddy Bear service. Never had a hotel with that before

Beautiful spacious room with separate living area and massive master bath suite and another half bath off living area. Location is great for walking to several places as well. Louis Louis is a beautiful on site restaurant/bar we loved between 2:00 and 5:00 for bar. Check out Canoe bar about 10 min away for a most beautiful evening in the 54th floor overlooking the city. Great for a special night out.

The entire staff was excellent.... very attentive and pleasant. Butler Nicholas was outstanding as was the gentleman bartender at the Astor lounge ... All in all an outstanding stay ! Will visit again

Service was good but had a much better room on my last visit.

Room was spotless. Pool was rowdy with kids when I went, that's the only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5 stars. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice decor.

I liked everything about this hotel. The best.

I had the most amazing time, wish I could’ve stayed longer. Went on a solo trip for my bday and the staff treated me so well!

Very courteous and accommodating staff. The suite we had was spotless. They felt the need to mention the price of the cocktails in the restaurant but I later heard that it is because of the tariffs effecting alcohol shipments that they are being cautious with what they serve. All in all an amazing experience, will definitely be returning in the very near future. 10/10
